This Is A Must - Daniel was an amazing tour guide showing us so many extra sites besides what was listed in the tour. He had extensive insider knowledge from his time working in the White House making this all the more exciting. Nice walking pace. This may be a bit much for smaller or elementary children - more suited to older kids and adults.

Our tour guide was very... - Our tour guide was very good and very knowledgeable Unfortunately I had no idea that it was a full walking tour which was not easy for seniors. The other disappointing part was that we thought we would see the front of the White House.

Do not waste your money to take this tour! You will be sorry! - For reasons unknown, the tour date changed from a sunny day to a rainy day for a walking tour. We were supposed to tour the white house but we didn't find out that we actually couldn't go inside at all untill we showed up. We weren't notified before hand. Guide was very nice but we didn't hear anything she was saying. I would think at least give us earphones so we can hear commentary and explanations. Oh and we didn't know it was a walking tour. Several folks were upset and wanted a refund on the spot. There was way too much walking without letting people know in advance so the description on the website is really bad as it didn't explain at all what we signed up for (no Whitehouse and lots is walking in the rain). The meeting address provided was also wrong so we stood in the rain until someone figured out we went to the wrong address. Instructions for meeting was not clear as well. This is probably the worst tour I have taken with viator.

Please refund us - Please send me a refund for 2 tickets— we didn’t get to go inside or near the White House due to blockage, but this was a known thing that the tour knew. They should have not arranged this tour. Also we couldn’t understand anything the tour lady said, her English was so bad. Also it was raining and the tour lady left us and another couple behind. Saw they left halfway in a suburban. In that case please refund me and my daughter for our tickets please. This was really bad.

Misleading - We were looking forward to seeing the White House and Lincoln memorial, only to find out we’re walking around to some replica building which seemed unorganized lead by someone who we could barely understand. I’m going to ask for a refund since we left after 30minites of realizing this was a waste of time.
