The Library of Congress is not open on Mondays, so the tour will substitute with the U.S. Capitol Museum and spend more time at the U.S. Capitol. Tours starting at 8 a.m. focus on the U.S. Capitol, followed by a bus tour for the morning or full day. All U.S. Capitol tours meet at First Street and Maryland Ave NE, across from the Supreme Court. Please enjoy your tour with Signature Tours and DC Guided Tours. Additionally, the 8:00 a.m. U.S. Capitol tour does NOT include the Library of Congress. All other daily tours do, except on Mondays as mentioned above.
