Best half day spent in Warsaw ! - I recently joined this trip in Warsaw and had an amazing experience! Our guide was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our tour enjoyable. He not only shared detailed information about the city's history and culture, but also took fantastic pictures of our group, capturing wonderful memories. To top it off, he took us to some hidden spots that weren't even included in the itinerary. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Warsaw!

The Most Knowledgeable Guide - 11/10 recommend. I've been on many tours in many cities, but George (the American spelling here) was by far the most informative guide I've ever had the pleasure of listening to. We learned so much about the city in so many different areas and he made it a point to personalize every stop to us and the other passengers based on where we are from. Extremely knowledgeable and personable and truly a great experience

Nice views - The panoramic views of the city were stunning, and we got to see both historic and modern aspects of Warsaw. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was that the tour felt a bit rushed at times, with limited time at each stop. Overall, though, it was a fantastic overview of the city and a great way to get oriented!

Chaos and low quality - The most memorable part of this trip was when Viator sent me four messages (as I have paid for the trip) - two emails, a text and a WhatsApp message late in the evening at 23.00 that the early morning pick up at 9.45am point has been changed!!! It unsettled me and my family from the UK as we have never experienced such a short notice being given so late and with not a word of apology.
Then half an hour later or so, almost at midnight , I received another four messages stating that the given meeting point was too far from our address and they have moved it to a closer location.
Can you imagine to be paying good money for such a substandard service? This is a scandal!
Eventually, my daughter and her boyfriend went on this Warsaw tour and were quite disappointed about the quality of it. The guide was breathlessly dishing out dates and facts without giving people time to digest the historical content. He was mumbling in a monotonous voice and his delivery wasn't good at all. He didn't give time to take pictures , didn't ask people if they had any queries and gave an impression that the whole enterprise has been rushed to be ended as early as possible.
My daughter went recently to Cyprus with another travel company and thought the guide there was excellent and made his delivery about the history quite a memorable experience. She gave him five stars for the quality of his work as oppose to a miserable one star.
