Excellent day tour by AB Everest Tour - AB Everest was the tour company I used. They were exceptional with their communication, all pickups were on time and the whole tour ran on time. The transport was great. I loved taking the train, clean, comfortable and convenient. Our guide at Auschwitz-Birkenau was knowledgeable, shared stories detailing the plight of victims and helped deliver a sensitive topic with care. I highly recommend this group and the historic value of this tour. Go to remember.

Impressive. Long journey time from Warsaw. - Was well organized. Small ambiguity how the hotel pick-up would go. It worked out. Everything else went fine. Visiting Auschwitz and Bierkenau was impressive.

AB Everest is the tops - The tour operator with whom you book a tour provides LOGISTICS. The actual presentation is done by someone from the Auschwitz Memorial group. MY TOUR OPERATOR WAS TOP NOTCH. The operator was in touch in advance to ensure that we had A clear shared understanding of pick up times and locations. The operator promised to be at my hotel at 5 AM; and when I got to the lobby at 4:59, the van was just pulling up for the ride to the train station. Perfectly on time. Great service. The tour operator accompanied me to the train platform in the central Station at Warsaw. We had time for a coffee before hand. When the train was delayed, the operator stayed with me, which was a good thing. Why? Because during the 30 minute delay, the announcements were all in Polish, which I do not speak. the train company Change the departure track during the delay, and the operator made sure that we walked to the new track. I would have never known. Once I arrived in Krakow, followed the tour operator specific, advance directions. My guide met me right on the platform, right on time, with a smile, and with fluent English. Everyone fluent tour operator spoke fluent English. That guide had a printed map and key suggestions about places to visit during the roughly 2 1/2 hours I had on my own in Krakow. The bus departed on time for the camps. The guides met us yher and AGAIN gave clear, detsiled instructions about where to be and when. The LOGISTICS were FLAWLESS. The actual tour guide—who is not employed by the operator— Was brilliant, knowledgeable, and respectful of the entire event. Important tips: 1. The tour operator alerted me in advance that this is a physically demanding tour. You will spend much of the day on your feet, walking on stone/dirt paths. 2. There are short breaks during which you can grab some food from the vendor at the camps. However, I recommend bringing a couple of sandwiches or other easy to transport and eat food with you because the food at those “restaurants“ isn’t terrific. Also, yourself a couple of smaller bottles of water. 3. If you bring a backpack, please know that you’ll be carrying it with you all day. You cannot leave things on the.Bus. Once again, the tour operator‘s communication both in advance, and each key point during the tour Set clear guidelines and expectations, so that I knew where to be, when to be there, and what to expect. For their end, the tour operator provided associates who were fluent in English, friendly, and helpful. Use AB Everest.

Recommended - The departure is very well organized. We want to highlight the kindness of the driver who picked us up at the Hotel and gave us every indication until accompanying us to the train. Extraordinary professional. If we would like to highlight something, it is that on the last leg of the field visit, there were so many people that we missed the group, not just us... Perhaps it would be good if the guides inside were identified with an umbrella, not just a sticker on the jacket.
