You will be chauffeured by a professional driver-guide who will introduce you to Warsaw and its communist history, showing you the most important landmarks such as the Palace of Culture and Science, the House of The Polish Communist Party and the communist housing districts. Hop in the car and learn about the era of monumental, massive architecture, empty store shelves and never-ending queues.
The route might be changed a bit accordingly to current traffic situation.

Na tropie PRL-u - Amazing experience! Everything was organised perfectly. Our tour guide Jurek was very knowledgeable and a great sense of humour. We’d definitely recommend this experience.

Great learning experience with a local - We had a great experience, would highly recommend. Jurek was very knowledgeable and friendly, told us so much about Warsaw history and driving in the retro car was awesome.

Captivating historical tour in a vintage Fiat - Our guide Alex was exceptionally knowledgeable about Poland’s communist past. He was passionate about the topic but also careful not to give a one sided view of Poland’s Soviet era. The various sites we visited were excellent examples of Soviet architecture.
We loved our tour guide’s bright yellow 1970’s Fiat with armstrong steering. It captured the feel of the period we were examining.
We were thoroughly pleased with our time with Alex. Four thumbs up!

Jacob was an amazing tour... - Jacob was an amazing tour guide who not only answered all of my unorthodox questions but also went above and beyond by being flexible and adapting our tour to our specific interests! We also especially appreciated how he was willing to share with us his real thoughts about the historical decisions and the impact they still have today on the Warsaw citizens. Many tour guides try to maintain a status quo attitude and for a specialized tour like this, it is crucial that the guides themselves also have an opinion to share in order to facilitate meaningful discussion. We hope we didn't tire him out too much but seriously give my man a pay raise for how many tours he had to conduct on the same day, he was probably the most thorough I've had in all my travels throughout Europe yet!

Very interesting visit! - This was a very nice way to explore Warsaw. The many stories of the guide will give you a little better understanding of what communist Warsaw meant to the average Pole. The guide paid attention to all our questions and the typical vintage car experience also makes it very playful.

Amazing visit and fantastic guide - Great tour of Warsaw in a classic Fiat 125p! Mr. Kuba is a fantastic guide – he tells stories with great passion and in a very engaging way. Both we and our 6-year-old child, who accompanied us bravely, were delighted. Highly recommended!

Top tour, highly recommended!!! - A very nice tour, picked up at palace of culture. After a brief introduction to how the car works, we set off. We went after the place constitution of the communism part in the city, got good explanation about the era of communism, then drove after Praga Warszawa, again got a very good explanation and took some pictures. Then drove 3 hours further back after it the palace of culture where we got a shot of vodka as a surprise. A super fun and highly recommended this tour guide!

Very interesting experience. - This tour is extremely thorough and interesting. Our guide, Mark, was very knowledgeable and had superb English. He was very clear and was able to answer all our questions. That said, we didn’t need to ask many as he had a lot to tell us! Would recommend to anyone who has an interest in learning about the communist era and its architecture and even if this is not your bag, you will get to see a lot of Warsaw. The tour is a full 4 hours with some walking too. The trip was advertised as 3hours though on this site so be aware of this. Loved the vodka treat at the end.
