Excellent overview of Old Town Warsaw - Our guide, Olivia, was fantastic! Sense of humor, great storyteller, deeply knowledgeable and a little edgy in the best possible way. We saw all the top sights in Old Town, heard an excellent summary of Polish history, as well as Warsaw’s. Did you know that Lithuanians and Poles were a Commonwealth for a few centuries?!! The Walkative Guides seem to be wonderfully over-educated and are able to provide a compelling tour. Highly recommend

Great informational tour through Warsaw old town - I highly recommend this old town walking tour through Warsaw. The tour guide gave fabulous information at each stop with a quirky personality. Had we not taken the tour we would have just seen the buildings but not had the context of the history and post war impact.

Andre the fantastic guide - Our guide Andre was extremely knowledgeable with a fantastic grasp of history. He was respectful and empathetic but his dry sense of humour was a highlight. Really enjoyed and kept a diverse group entertained

Informative - Very informative. However the guide though entertaining and full of information tried too hard to be a comedian. A little joke here and then is great but this wasn’t a standup comedy show. His personal opinion regarding politics and or religion shouldn’t be the main focus ( ie: calling priests closet boys)

Usually these tours are great; but avoid a guide called Marek! - While the walking tours we attended in many other cities were really great, the tour in beautiful Warsaw with a guide called Marek was disappointing: He was not interested in his audience and only gave the most superficial information, not connecting any historical dots and not answering questions in a relevant way. Usually, we like these tours a lot and can recommend them. In Warsaw, you should avoid Marek.
