• PIEROGI & MORE culinary workshops - After a brief introductory session that covers the history of pierogi, participants will be taught how to make dumplings with both meat-based and vegetarian options for fillings. You’ll learn the art of dough preparation, the correct method to roll it out, and various folding techniques to shape the dumplings, along with tips to enhance their flavor.

The highlight of the workshop is the opportunity to enjoy the fruits of your labor, so make sure to arrive with an appetite!

The experience also includes a sampling of traditional Polish spirits.
