Very delicious and fun! Great instructor! - The instructor, Daria, was amazing and gave good instructions and was also very helpful. She implicated Polish traditions in words and techniques which just added to the whole experience! I 10/10 would recommend!

Fun and Delicious Pierogi-Making Class with Daria! - We had such a great time at the pierogi-making class with Daria! She was a wonderful instructor—friendly, patient, and full of great tips. There were 12 people in our class, which made it easy to follow along and chat with others. Daria paired us up in groups of two and walked us through each step of making pierogi from scratch. She also showed us five different ways to shape them (who knew there were so many!). At the end, we got to enjoy the pierogies we made, along with two types of Polish liqueurs. It was the perfect way to wrap up a fun, hands-on experience. Highly recommend this class if you want to learn a bit of Polish cooking and have a good time doing it!

Daria was an AMAZING host! - We had a single night in Warsaw after a few days in Krakow. This seemed different and thought it would be awesome to bring a skill home as a souvenir. Directions were perfectly clear and we started promptly on time. The class size was good really good. I think it was scheduled for 10; but ended up being 8. Daria did a short icebreaker then provided instructions on what to expect. She guided us through the process explaining the different types of fillings and techniques to make pierogi. She then demonstrated and coached us through as we followed. Once they were assembled she showed us how to prepare them. Once they were done she served us family style with the rest of the group. She also played a little guiding game with two liquors:) The best part was the family style atmosphere. We were blessed to run into some other travelers who were going to visit Krakow. To us it felt like a family meal with some strangers from the other side of the world. So cool! I highly recommend.

Expensive add-ons - The class is held in a nice facility, easy to get to. Note that you will work as couples although admissions are charged individually. We had a full class and it was very tight, almost uncomfortable. The class was informative and lunch afterwards was great. $60 for the accompanying glass of wine and one beer was a shock. Next time ask first!
