• Warburton Cricket Club - Experience the thrill of floating down the Upper Yarra River on a robust and comfortable river tube in this nature-inspired adventure! This 2-hour excursion spans 3 km of picturesque river, combining serene floats with exciting rapids and obstacles that call for paddling, agility, and swimming skills.

The adventure kicks off at the Warburton oval with a briefing and demonstration, followed by a shuttle ride upstream. Participants then have up to 1.5 hours to explore the river at their leisure. Our sturdy tubes, suitable for adults and children aged 10 and above, are easy to maneuver and designed to handle rocks, branches, and shallow areas.

This is an authentic Australian adventure not to be missed, but keep in mind—the Yarra is a natural river, not a theme park. Conditions change daily, and natural obstacles like rocks, branches, and logs may require paddling or standing to navigate. If swimming skills are not strong, consider hiring a river guide.

All participants must be able to swim. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult or river guide. Closed-toe shoes or water booties are recommended, and PFDs are mandatory for weak swimmers and advised for children.
