Great Experience - Our tour guide, Jerry was very good. He spoke English well, was on time, and we got to see everything on our list. It was a great experience.

North Coast Night Tour is the best! - Its my 3rd time visiting the North Coast but my first time booking a tour with Klook. Our guide Mark was really nice and the whole tour itself is awesome! Saves you time, effort and money.

Awesome New Taipei Adventure - Awesome tour outside of the city. Felix our tour guide and Iris our driver were amazing. They knew all the best spots for photos, food, and made it easy to get around. They were so excited to share their country, traditions, and food with us. Felix was outstanding we joked and called him the mayor because he knew people everywhere we went. It led to a lot of free samples. The waterfall was beautiful and the lantern flight was a blast. I would recommend this trip to anyone that wants to get out and see the country side.

Must see!! - Great experience..truly worth it! Our guide is very welcoming and accomodating. She is ready to assist and answer any questions.Food was really great and the view of the waterfalls and lantern experience was a blast!

Extremely Fun Half Day Experience! - I traveled solo and booked this tour last minute. They sent updates and information before the day of the trip. It was hassle-free, even on the day of the meet-up. Had no trouble with anything and the tour itself was really fun. They provided water on the bus as well. Bobo, our tour guide, was very cheerful and nice. Learned a lot about Shifen and Jiufen and we watched videos on the bus. Shifen Waterfall was absolutely beautiful; Pingxi Lantern experience was one for the books. And of course, as expected, Jiufen at night was a great sight to see. Also met lovely people on the tour. Overall a nice experience!

Must-see - Great tour with small group size. Get to see the countryside outside the city. Enjoyed seeing the small towns & doing the sky lantern was fun. This is the way to see the sights outside the city.

Fantastic tour company - I had 4 days to visit a Taiwan for a quick first look and decided to book this tour company. I have used Viator a lot without posting a lot of reviews however the service and focus on ensuring my expectations were met compelled me to write this review. My guide on the day was excellent” Thank you Phillip 👍” and Jo who organised not only this tour but other activities was exceptional. My only regret was that I booked a full day city tour with another company on my second last day and wished I had booked everything with Myproguide due to the incredibly hospitable service they provided. Flexible, accomodating, personable and sincere. I would definitely use this company again.

Did not received a guide, only a driver - We were very disappointed by this tour. It is marketed as a tour with a licensed English speaking guide. In other reviews I see people saying they received a driver and a guide. We received one person to show us around, Lin. Lin was a great driver but was really nothing more than a driver. We didn’t receive any information that a true tour guide would have given, and Lin I do not believe would qualify as a licensed English speaking guide. He was trying his best and very kind but did not speak English well enough to be a guide. For example before leaving one of the stops we tried to tell him we wanted to get one of the food dishes before we left but he could not understand. He could answer very few of our questions and communication was difficult. We have done many tours all around the world and are very patient when trying to communicate with others with a language barrier, but when it comes down to it he should not be marketed as an English speaking guide, he should be marketed as strictly a driver. This was really not worth $415 for strictly a driver, I regret spending money on this and wish we rented a car on our own.
