Excellent day trip - We had to upgrade to private due to lack of participation, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Our driver Jimmy Fang was phenomenal with showing us around, made our time feel special at every location and helped take great photos of us.

Above and beyond! - This tour and Joseph were my introduction to Taiwan. The activities were such a nice mix to teach us about the area and culture. Joseph is a fantastic tour guide, and he made the day all the better. He is knowledgeable, kind, flexible, fun, helpful, polite… I could go on.
I was so pleased with this experience with this tour that I asked Grace (in the office) if they had any openings on any other tours the next day. They didn’t since it was a national holiday, but Grace was so kind as to offer me tourist assistance to help me make the most out of my day.
Joseph and Grace both went above and beyond to make my visit an exceptional experience!

Exceptional Experience - It was a spectacular tour with Mr. Martin Yang as the highlight of our day!
We were aware that our tour does not include a guide and only a driver, but Mr. Yang completely exceeded our expectations.
Not only did he become our private tour guide (we were lucky it was only us even though we booked the group tour), he also went above and beyond to ensure we stayed cool (it was an exceptionally hot day), assist us with our things, and even gave us amazing, tailored recommendations.
Mr. Yang really showed us his genuine care, and we are truly, truly grateful to have him as our guide.
We definitely would recommend him to anyone who is looking to have an educational and overall fantastic experience!

Strongly recommended! - The tour was really amazing, I strongly recommend it! We had John Chang as our driver and it was great, he made it super interesting and easy. We had sufficient time to visit all the stops, and John was very flexible when we wanted to tweak some parts on the go. In addition to the driver there were only 6 of us in the van, which made coordination quite easy. Strongly recommended, would definitely take tours with the same company again!

Juifen day trip with surrounding sights - Very interesting trip and good tour operator. Recommended to see the areas around Taipei. Was an exceptionally hot day in July, perhaps better to do this another time of year.

Full Day Adventure - Time Well Spent - It’s hard to predict a group activity when you don’t know the group of the driver - however, I couldn’t have asked for more. Martin, our driver and guide, went above and beyond with our tour and ensuring we had a great day. My group was also wonderful - allowing for great conversation and some good hiking mates.
The sites seen provided a good perspective on Taiwan - and the level of hiking/walking was great (if you like being active). While it was very humid, Martin ensured we had ample water (and a few local treats as well). The ocean geopark, waterfalls, nuandong valley (hiking), lantern lighting, and Jishan village provided a great breadth of exposure.

A good day out - James was a good driver and tried very hard to make our day fun and interesting. He was prompt and courteous. He had enough English to manage, but not hold detailed conversations. But as we are in his country and not the other way around we were ok with this. We were the only two people on the tour this day. The car was air-conditioned.
The stops were interesting and it was good to get to the Geological park early before the bus loads crowded the place.
