Additional Information
- Riders under 18 must wear a helmet.
- Dress in layers for Hiawatha; it can be cold. Gloves are suggested.
- Meet at the Spokehouse shop for orientation before heading to the drop zone, 20 miles away.
- Pick-ups are about 5 hours after drop-offs. Late arrivals may face fees.
- E-bikes will have throttles disconnected and speed capped at 15mph on Hiawatha.
- If taking Moon Pass, expect a 2-mile steep and bumpy ride.
- 2-bike rack rentals need a 2” hitch. If you’re not using our service, make sure you can transport the bike 20 miles to the trailhead.
- Items for purchase include headlamps, bike caps, etc. (The bikes do have lights but having a headlamp also helps in the long tunnels)

Nick was amazing from the very beginning when I submitted my reservation incorrectly 😂. Prompt responses and the e-bikes were the best decision we made. Pickup and drop off was very easy. Definitely recommend that you use Spokehpuse. Thanks for a great experience!

We chose Spokehouse because they allowed us to rent E bikes and pick them up and carry to the trailhead. They were easy to contact and the website was easy to access. Bikes were great and we were in and out on trail quickly!

Our e-bikes were in tip top shape and fully charged! We had a short tutorial on how to ride them and then we were on the trail! Great ride and great service. They picked up our bikes at our scheduled meeting time when we were done. A+
