• Pinnacles Overlook - Pinnacles Overlook is one of the best locations in the Badlands. From this stunning viewpoint, you can gaze out at the breathtaking landscape of layered rock formations and jagged spires that stretch out as far as the eye can see.

The view is especially mesmerizing during sunrise or sunset, when the colors of the rocks transform into a vivid display of pinks, oranges, and purples. If you’re lucky, you might even spot some of the park’s resident wildlife, such as bison or bighorn sheep.

• Badlands Wall - As we enter the park we’ll stop at a location we feel is best for viewing the sunset to see the light change the colors of the soil and cast shadows that made Frank Lloyd Wright say it was his favorite National Park.
