• Volterra - We will pick you up at Livorno Terminal Cruise, and will take you on a drive through the sweet hills of Tuscany. First will be stop in Volterra. (Self guided visit of the the town - 1,5 hrs) Volterra is a beautiful walled city in Tuscany, built on the top of a hill. The town is built over one of the Twelve Cities of the ancient Etruscan civilisation and has some of the original gates from that era still standing along with a dedicated museum packed with Etruscan and Roman relics. the main things to visit in this beautiful little town are: • the Roman Amphitheater • the Medici Fortress • the Town hall • the Square with the Cathedral and the beautiful octagonal Baptistery - Chianti Road - After Volterrra, we will drive through the famous “Chianti wine road” and the sweet Chianti hills, amidst olive-groves, cypress trees and vineyards up to the Medieval town of San Gimignano and we will arrive to the Tuscan Farm for a typical lunch and 5 wine tastings. - Podere La Marronaia- Le Colonne Biodynamic Winery & Farm - This wonderful farm is located in an incredible panoramic point on the Tuscan hills, and this farm promotes the Italian food and wine culture all over the world. A beautiful Italian experience to learn the best combinations beetween wine & food. “ Wine tasting and Lunch in the farm”: • Tuscan lunch: Bruschettas, home made pasta, cold cuts, Salame, Prosciutto, Pecorino cheese and more… • Wine tastings (Chianti, Chianti, Chianti Riseva, Sangiovese, Vernaccia and Super Tuscan). • Also Tasting of: Pepper Oil tasting, Olive Oil tasting, Balsamic Vinegar tasting, Truffle Oilive Oil tasting. - San Gimignano - After lunch, we will move to San Gimignano for a self-guided visit of the town and its magnificent Towers.(1 hrs) San Gimignano is a small walled medieval hill town not far from Siena. Known as the “Town of Fine Towers”, during the Middle Ages there were more than 70 towers in the city. Now it is a real open-air museum, where it seems to walk in the medieval period. The town also is known for saffron, the Golden Ham, and its white wine, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, produced from the ancient variety of Vernaccia grape which is grown on the sandstone hillsides of the area. In the main square don’t forget to taste the best ‘ice cream in the world’ (Gelateria Dondoli), and in the streets of the village you can admire the extraordinary work of expert craftsmen. The return to Livorno Port is scheduled around 5.00 pm.

• Our first destination is Volterra, acclaimed for having one of the region’s most stunning viewpoints. Enjoy a self-guided tour of the town, including its historic centre, the Etruscan acropolis, and the Roman theatre.
• Post Volterra, we will head over to a genuine Tuscan farm where you can discover the intricacies of wine-making and relish a lunch of homemade pasta along with tastings of 5 Chianti wines that include Chianti, Chianti Riserva, Sangiovese, and Vernaccia.
• After the lunch-infused-with-wine event, we aim for the majestic Towers of San Gimignano and its picturesque historic centre. You can also savour the ‘world’s best gelato’ at the Gelateria Dondoli. Appreciate the quaint artisanal shops and breathtaking skyline that make San Gimignano famous.
