Fantastic day out - This was an excellent tour, even if there's not many war remnants left. Driving through the rubber plantations was really interesting and the memorial was quite emotional. Our guide, Tu made the day really good with his informative and at times, personal stories. This was one of our favourite tours.

Fantastic tour - This was one of our highlights of Vietnam. While there aren't a lot of sites left it was fascinating and emotional to see the rubber plantations, the site of Nui Dat and the memorial. Tu was an excellent and engaging guide, sharing personal stories as related to him by his grandmother. He was enthusiastic and informative, willing to answer all our questions. I highly recommend this for anyone interested in Australian war history and the story of Long Tan

Educational, great overall - Great trip, Tu was very kind and taught me many things. Very interesting trip. Went through tunnels, and saw the education places that the Australians had set up after the war. A shame the military hill is being constructed on but otherwise very cool to see all the places.

Peaceful and Meaningful. Lest We Forget. - Visited Long Tan / Nui Dat area with our guide Tu. Tu shared so much of his knowledge and compassion, whilst showing us around this inspiring place. The Long Tan Cross – so very peaceful and meaningful. Having a cousin who was killed in action in the local area in 1967 – we felt quite a connection and had a very respectful and emotional day. The memorial site is an absolute credit to those who look after it. Lest We Forget.

A must for Aussies to visit the special site of Long Tan - Thankyou Tu for an amazingly tour of Long Tan. We learnt so much from Tu, our wonderful tour guide. His professional knowledge and personal stories of his grandmother's experiences of the Vietnam War provided a fuller perspective of the battle of Long Tan. He also made the extra effort to show us some lovely memorable stories of how Australians had made many contributions to assist the Vietnamese post the Vietnam war. This meant alot to us as Australians. The Long Tan memorial site lies in a peaceful setting and is well cared for. We recommend visiting this special place as the site of the Australian base at Nui Dat is disappearing. This is a must for all Aussies.

Great trip to some fascinating sites - We had a great day with Dan and a very good driver. The HCMC morning traffic is a wonder to behold! Nui Dat,Long Phuoc tunnels and Long Tan were really amazing. The sites are not all perfectly preserved (Stonehenge style) but Dans commentary, photos and ‘no punches pulled’ sure fill in the gaps. Aussies with relatives who served at Long Tan may be disappointed that the main site is now basically a working quarry
