Arrival at Cancun Airport - Hotel:
Once you have collected your luggage, proceed to the departure gate or platform area of the terminal.
- Our Welcome staff or driver can be identified by a sign displaying the traveler’s name.
- To confirm your transfer, our staff will request your digital booking confirmation or identification.
If you encounter any difficulty locating our Welcome staff, please go to one of the following meeting points at the airport arrival terminals corresponding to your flight:
- Terminal 2 Domestic Arrivals “Welcome Bar”.
- Terminal 2 International Arrivals “Welcome Bar”.
- Terminal 3 at Margaretville Bar.
- Terminal 4 in “Welcome Bar”.
In the event of delayed flights, a maximum waiting time of 60 minutes is allowed from the original flight schedule. If your arrival is delayed beyond this time, it will be considered a “no show”, and you will not be able to access previously booked services.
For transfers from the hotel to Cancun Airport, please note that the maximum waiting time in the lobby is 5 minutes. This ensures efficient service for everyone.
