Additionally, if your flight is delayed by more than 60 minutes, the scheduled transfer service will unfortunately be CANCELLED or considered a NO SHOW, with no possibility of a refund. We understand this may be frustrating, but it is necessary to maintain the efficiency of our schedules and services for all passengers.
For hotel to airport pickups: The maximum van waiting time in the lobby is 5 minutes, after which it is automatically considered a NO SHOW. We recommend being ready 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

Once you have collected your luggage, proceed to the departure gate or platform area of the terminal.

- Flights Delayed: Maximum waiting time is 60 minutes, after 61 minutes is considered NO SHOW (in case of delays notify us immediately to our whathsapp number to be able to provide assistance)
- Pickup from hotel to airport: Maximum waiting time of the van in the lobby is 05 minutes, after 06 minutes is considered NO SHOW (We recommend being 05 minutes before the scheduled time for your pickup)
- It is important: 1.- Once you are in the waiting room to board the plane, let us know that the flight is on time (we continue to monitor the flight).
- 2.- When you arrive at Cancun Airport and are waiting for luggage, please let us know to allow the unit to enter the platform area.
- 3.- Locate the correct exit door, you can ask what is the exit where the Van or Transport Agencies are located.
