This was a very enjoyable... - This was a very enjoyable experience. They had a new, nice, and spacious van that they picked us up in. Our driver, JackyAnn was very communicative and let us know through WhatsApp that she was running a little late. Our driver was nice and friendly. I would recommend this service to anybody!

Professional, punctual and above and beyond! - Booking this service gave us peace of mind that we had our transfers from the airport sorted out in advance. We were met at the airport by a representative with a sign, despite a four hour flight delay. For our return journey Gerick communicated through WhatsApp to confirm all the details. Gerick also became our hero after my son dropped his phone on the floor or the car. Gerick came back to the airport and made sure the airline staff got the phone back to us. If I could leave ten stars I would! I would 100% recommend this service. Professional, punctual service and we felt they just went above and beyond for us. Thank you!

Late pickup from the airport - Pickup time was for 3 pm for airport transfer to the resort. There were no signs at the airport with the transfer service who would be picking us up or sign with my name. Finally figured out who was supposed to pick is up for the airport transfer and they finally arrived an hour late. Kept blaming it in traffic but I could see other customers getting picked up by other companies. Was already a 12 hour travel day and just wanted to get to the resort, not sit around waiting at the airport.
