The guest will be transported to their drop-off location and informed of the specific pick-up time. If the guest is uncertain about the pick-up time, the driver will request that they make contact prior to the return trip. The driver will remain nearby the drop-off location to ensure the guest does not have to wait long when ready for pick-up.
