1. After the booking is confirmed, the customer receives details about the car and driver.
2. The booking will be reconfirmed with the customer two days before arrival.
3. A greeter will be present when the customer exits the customs and secured area.
4. The guest will be guided to the car outside the airport after meeting the greeter.
5. The guest will be introduced to the driver, who will transport them to their desired destination.
6. The driver completes the trip and informs the back-end office once the customer has reached their destination.
