Awesome - I loved this show…the pieces here I have never seen..awesome…plus the Atkinson museum is historic, gorgeous, practically free entrance, great gift shop, and the people who work there are so nice and eager to provide historical info or be your docent/guide for the pieces..this museum
Is located in the cluster of WOW museums…get the pass for 39 euros and stay after Dali show for World of Wine Museum and tasting..and Pink Palace Rose museum/tasting..Cork Museum..plus 2 or 3 other museums..

Awesome unique Dali - Unique pieces of Dali I have not seen at his museum in Figueres, or other exhibits spanning his career. Amazing Dali/Disney short animated film is a must see.

Meeting Dali in the WOW - This is not just an exhibition of works of Dali... It is a journey through his life. It is very well organized in a chronological way, identifying the main periods of his life - very well conceived. It's a must!

Guided visit - The guided visit, by the Curator, made the exhibition (which is huge!...) even more interesting, because everything gets more contextualized.

Must-see exhibit at WOW - What a treat to have Dalí at WOW! I had recently watched the movie 'Dalíland' with Ben Kingsley, so it was amazing to see some of his works in person! The selection of works and photos is excellent. I really liked the photos taken by Dalí's friend that depict his life and environment... you can really imagine what a character he must have been! I commend WOW and the Atkinson Museum for bringing this exhibit to us! If you are in Porto, this is an absolute must-see! Some may make the mistake of not going over to the Vila Nova de Gaia side of the river because they don't like port wine... that would be a huge mistake because the WOW complex offers something for everyone! (history, chocolate, great food, etc.)

Dali! One of the greatest phenomena of surreal painting! - The exhibition is very interesting and honors with all its quality the celebrations of the 100 years of surrealism.
I highly recommend!
I made a guided visit with the head of the Atkinson Museum, Andreia Valente, to whom I leave a thank you for her contagious enthusiasm, sympathy and for all the particularities that she shared with the visitors!
All staff had a very nice service and reception.
After all, there are even dreams that come true!
