Recommended tour!! - This was a really good tour. I’d watched some YouTube videos of the tours so already had my expectations set around the ever changing nature of the ice. Raphael was a great guide and he was very informative. The scenery around the cave and glacier itself was stunning. Thank you for a great tour and for taking pics of us.

Beautiful blue ice cave adventure of a lifetime! - Our ice cave tour was amazing! Our guide, Simeon, provided a wealth of education and history of the glacier and the cave, including how the staff checks for safety of tours. It was very much worth the cost and we did not feel rushed throughout the tour. There were two other tours while we were there, but the timing was perfect as we had the cave all to ourselves (group of 7) once we entered. The cave itself was beautiful to walk through and the water rushing through from the melt was so cool leading to the waterfall. We ended the tour with an exhilaration ride along Black sand beach as the waves crashed allowing for some pretty cool pictures. Thanks for a fantastic experience! (Be prepared to get a little wet on the tour-water proof boots and mittens will keep you happy)

Amazing!!!! - We did the Katla Ice Cave tour yesterday, and our guide Thomas was absolutely outstanding. We were traveling with our two children (7 and 2 years old), and he was incredibly patient, calm, and attentive the entire time.
Thomas took his time to explain everything in a clear and engaging way, made sure we felt safe, and never rushed us. He was very knowledgeable and shared fascinating information about the ice cave and the glacier. He also went out of his way to take photos of us as a family, which we truly appreciated.
What stood out most was his kindness and the calm pace he set. He made the experience enjoyable and stress-free, even with young kids, and turned the tour into something truly special.
Thanks to Thomas, this was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Iceland. Highly recommended.

Amazing tour, otherworldly - I think our guide's name was Davis. He was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The scenery at Katla Volcano looks like a different planet. And the ice cave itself is very cool. Definitely do the tour.

Local and highly experienced - While not the only tour operator with access to the cave they are almost certainly the best for this one. Local and highly experienced guide that broke the ice and ensured everyone on the tour was comfortable and felt attended. With the early tour we were one of the first groups into the caves just as the sun came up and on the way back could see that we beat the rush. The experience itself was as memorable as hoped.

Horrible customer services. - Beside the fact that they ripped me off it was fine. I accidentally booked for 4 people and it was only my husband and I. It was obviously I made the mistake since I had two separate reservations for 2 people each under my name. Then refused to offer a refund, didn’t offer a partial refund, a credit or even a T shirt. And our tour wasn’t full so it wasn’t as though we took someone’s spot. There was only 4 ppl on the tour. Very disappointing that they were so so unwilling to make it right.
