9:30: Begin with a warm-up and start trekking through Abandoned Valley, covering 2km of jungle and rocky terrain.
11:00: Discover the 600m Golden Cave, unique to Phong Nha for its “Golden stalactites.” Explore the system of dry stalactites and stalagmites, including the special “Galaxy” cave pearls.
12:00 PM: Take a short break and enjoy some snacks.
12:30: Trek to E Cave and swim 200m inside the cave.
13:00-13:30: Relish a delicious BBQ and spring roll lunch.
13:30-14:30: Enjoy leisure time at the mouth of the E-Cave.
15:00-16:30: Trek back to the road.
16:30-17:00: Return to the town.

This trek is ideal for those eager to venture deeper into the jungle and discover pristine tropical rainforests and caves. Participants will hike along the original Ho Chi Minh trail to the remote Abandoned Valley, located in the heart of Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park. In the Abandoned Valley, guides will lead participants to two remarkable caves: E Cave and Dark Cave. On the private side of Dark Cave, there is an opportunity to explore 800 meters into the darkness with a guide. At E Cave, a delicious jungle BBQ will be served (with vegan options available), followed by a swim in the stunningly blue waters of the cave.
