The tour and Christina are great! - Did a Vienna tour at the beginning of our visit to get a first impression of the main buildings, go to spots and introduction to the city. It was amanzing, our guide Christina was very knowledgeable, energetic, had a great dose of humor, was super friendly and could 'read' the group very well. This is the kind of guide you want to have, that can bring a tour to a next level. The tour lasts around 2 hours and you will see the main highlights from the city center. It provides you with information that is helfpul for the rest of your stay, so I can highly recommend to do this tour (at the beginning of your visit).

Great Tour, good fun ! - What a beautiful city! The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour!! She kept us happy even though we were cold some times !! Some very dark days were had by the Viennese people, they were also extremely promiscuous!!! Really enjoyed it and would recommend !

Disappointing and Pushy Experience with Prime Tours Vienna - I was excited about joining a "free" walking tour with Prime Tours Vienna, but my experience was anything but enjoyable. Misleading Pricing and Pressure for Tips: The website states a suggested tip range of €15–€25, which already feels less "optional." After booking, I received an email with even more pushy "recommendations": Under €10: "Not amused but appreciate effort" €12–€25: "Great tour" €30–€50: "Amazing!" But it didn’t stop there. Our guide, Kateryna, started the tour with an unprofessional and uncomfortable speech. She emphasized how much she pays in taxes as a guide and, to quote her: "This free tour is not 'free'... I expect you to pay me at the end of the tour. The walking tours in Vienna start from €25— you decide by yourself what to do with this information." I was completely taken aback. The tour hadn't even begun, and she was already demanding tips! What if I didn’t enjoy the tour? This approach felt manipulative and ruined the experience for me before it even started. For the price they clearly expect you to pay, you’re better off booking a service like Big Bus Tours, where €44 gets you a 48-hour ticket, hop-on-hop-off buses, and additional walking tours—all without the guilt trip. This felt like a scam disguised as a "free tour." I wouldn't recommend Prime Tours Vienna to anyone.
