Orchestra - Great experience, it must be lived live to experience the sensations. Expectations were not high, but in the end we came out super happy. Super helpful and welcoming staff!

Best Orchestra in Vienna! - In October of last year, one of the workers for the orchestra found me in the plaza in front of Stephansdom. There they invited me to come to the orchestra and gave me an insane deal on premium seats. It was so good I couldn't refuse, even though it seemed like a scam at the time. While I was walking through the streets of Vienna to the concert hall, I thought more and more that I had been scammed. It was too good to be true. I was so pleasantly surprised when, not only had I not been scammed, but I had an experience which exceeded all expectations. The venue was a gorgeous baroque concert hall, small, but beautifully decorated. The orchestra is the best I have ever heard in person. There was also a small ballet which was very impressive. Additionally, orchestra workers offered me champagne, and even gave me a CD of all their recordings. If I could give 10 stars I would. There is no better way to experience the city of music than to see a concert with this orchestra. This completed my experience and gave me an amazing story to tell. The orchestra is incredible! 10/10.

Something so legit about music in Vienna! - Booked this event as a birthday present to myself. It did not disappoint! Exceptional musicians in a beautiful setting! Fantastic evening all around!

AMAZING WIENER ROYAL ORCHESTER 🙈🙉🙊 - On this occasion, my cousin, a friend, and I continued our journey, arriving at this beautiful, yet imposing, city. Vienna is one of the most historic European capitals I've seen, so passing it by without being able to enjoy one of the birthplaces of music was a big mistake. Therefore, the destination decided to introduce us to Adrian (the theater's ticket sales manager), who very kindly made us a fantastic offer to give us the opportunity to enjoy this marvelous experience we experienced yesterday afternoon (while still thinking we hadn't passed the tourist test, as the manners seemed a bit suspicious). Thank you again, Adrian, for insisting on giving us the chance to take this great experience with us. We would love to repeat it.

Five friends in Vienna - We loved the concert; the program, masterfully performed, was very pleasant even for the layman of classical as it consists of well-known pieces. We also thank Mr. Adrian, who sold us the tickets, for his sympathy and courtesy.

First Classical Experience - A great beginners taste to classical music in a beautiful venue. If this isn’t your usual bag don’t be intimidated by it. It’s definitely worth doing when in Vienna 👍🏼

An experience of a special kind... simply unforgettable! - Thanks to our lovely seller Bino, we had a wonderful and unforgettable evening in the Kaisersaal. An absolute highlight!!! A must for Vienna, music lovers will get their money's worth and so will the others. The event is worth every penny and you get a lot to offer. The whole orchestra was told that they were happy to be there. The good mood was contagious and could also be felt in the audience. Standing ovations were the deserved reward for this motivated troupe. Thanks for a special experience.

Lovely show but wasted money on seats due to lack of details - This show was very lovely. Extremely talented and really enjoyed the concert but as a venue not what was expected. We thought by the looks of the photos and the seating options we would be sitting in the big hall seeing a full orchestra. It is the Vienna Royal Orchestra. The seating options range from VIP, Gold, Silver and Bronze. Seeing the space we chose to upgrade to the Gold and paid $174 Euro so as to not be blocked by too many people in front of us. Nowhere that I could see on TripAdvisor or the actual site for the venue to purchase tickets did it give an exact description of what was being seen. It would be nice to have more details. Needless to say we showed up to a small room with 8 rows of chairs!!!!! There was no need to pay a dime extra then Bronze and no full orchestra but a 10 person concert. Again they were great. To say we were disappointed in an understatement. TripAdvisor do better please with specifics. Moral of the story is see if you can find out what and where before purchasing tickets. We wasted $50 Euros due to this. Below photos show what we thought we were getting and photos of what we got. I was sitting in second row for reference. Again this review is more for the lack of details and waste of money not the venue or the concert

Good performance but bad seat allocation - The terrible seat allocation system meant we were allocated seats to other people, even though we had paid for Gold seats. We ended up seated way back from the front, making the seat category a gimmick. Music performance and the singer made an outstanding performance. Overall a memorable experience.
