The journey commences at the ship station on Schwedenplatz, taking you past the Urania observatory through ‘green Vienna’ showcasing the Prater forests. Subsequently, the ship navigates around the Danube Island and proceeds to the Reichsbrücke station. Great personal experience - It was relatively straight forward; we used Google Maps with public transportation and took metro U1, exiting on Vorgartenstraße walk about 500 miters and located our ship. We came, probably, 35-40 minutes before 7pm and were invited inside and assigned to the table based on last name from reservation. Everyone was very friendly. Buffet was good, music local and we were very happy with great couple from Germany. Thank you for event.

Best dinner cruise ever - We’ve done a few dinner river cruises and this was the best so far. The ship was excellent for the purpose. Huge windows that open when it’s nice. Table service so no mad dash for a buffet. Outstanding location and you can see all the sites from the river.

Boat ride with a view - Great food with amazing view, we drove by the sights but there Was no explanation and the address of the meeting point was a little misleading as it was the Office of the company offering the expierience and no number of the pier where the boat was waiting, it was a little bit of searching but all in all it was great

Try again - This was charming and food music was good, but not listed properly. First of all, it was 100% in German. I felt like I was in a 1930's movie. Only Austrian music on the acordian. And most of the sailing was done after sundown, so not much to see. If you want something more international or sightseeing, not recommend.

Night Boat ride on the Danube - Meet new Friends and to sail on the Danube River. A beautiful sunset.
I would prefer waltzes in the music and also some dancing.

It is what it is - This was a river cruise for tourists. The food/buffet was really terrible. The music was worse. But the time with friends and seeing Vienna from the river was lovely. The lock may have been my favorite part. I suppose I recommend this, but don't imagine it is luxurious or elegant.

Save your money - Disappointed the cruise did not go in the canals as was suggested.
The three course meal was poor, strange cold soup, 3 meats , two cakes.
No commentary of any sort.
Hungarian music very much of a muchness.
Would not recommend, time better spent in the pedestrian centre of vienna
Staff were very attentive and friendly but could not make up for the rest

A total waste of money - A total waste of money………Booked night cruise on Danube with credit card and ticket on email but arrived and not on list. We were eventually shown to worst table until one kind waiter moved us upstairs to slightly better one.
Food was school canteen standard - say no more.
Cruise was an hour on canal and waiting in lock followed by just 45 mins on Danube before another hour in lock/canal.
Tour blurb said English guide but there was not one word of information about journey or buildings in any language.

Not as advertised. - The trip was advertised as having an English guide but English wasn't spoken by the majority of the crew. We were not made aware of the protocol for the evening in terms of the running order as they only spoke in German.
We saw people helping themselves to the buffet but wondered if this was due to tables being called up one at a time. The food on the menu was also in German so we had no idea what the food was. This is not helpful if you are vegetarian or have a food intolerance.
There was traditional Viennese music and the two piece act were (it seemed) taking requests from each table. However, when the accordinist made his way to our table, the vocalist shook his head and steered him away. We were very offended by this.
The trip was not suitable for English and should not be advertised as such. We are looking for a refund if possible.
