Lovely Evening Cruise - It was a lovely trip, staff were very helpful, the buffet was lovely and there was plenty of food to eat. The music was very enjoyable, especially when the musicians came round to your table on the way back. Very enjoyable would do the trip again, thanks

Great personal experience - It was relatively straight forward; we used Google Maps with public transportation and took metro U1, exiting on Vorgartenstraße walk about 500 miters and located our ship. We came, probably, 35-40 minutes before 7pm and were invited inside and assigned to the table based on last name from reservation. Everyone was very friendly. Buffet was good, music local and we were very happy with great couple from Germany. Thank you for event.

Best dinner cruise ever - We’ve done a few dinner river cruises and this was the best so far. The ship was excellent for the purpose. Huge windows that open when it’s nice. Table service so no mad dash for a buffet. Outstanding location and you can see all the sites from the river.

Try again - This was charming and food music was good, but not listed properly. First of all, it was 100% in German. I felt like I was in a 1930's movie. Only Austrian music on the acordian. And most of the sailing was done after sundown, so not much to see. If you want something more international or sightseeing, not recommend.

Disappointed - Unfortunately all.was in German no one spoke English and even menu was in German. This itself is not a problem, but had we known we wouldn't have booked tour as we felt out of place. Even the introduction was all in German. The see vienna by night I feel was not correct as after a while we found out there was an outside area where you could see but again no one telling you where you were or what you were seeing. I would not recommend this tour for non German speakers.

After 40 minutes, I was like, “PLEASE MAKE IT END!” - As soon as the boat pulled away from the dock it was a stampede to the buffet food, which very limited and mediocre. The music was awful. One man singing with an accordion player. Way too loud and every song sounded the same. No dancing or fun clapping, foot-stomping fun, just boring. Could not wait to get off that boat. Three hours is way too long. Perhaps it would be different another time of year when it is still light out, but we went in December and it was dark, couldn’t see anything.

Worse part of our first trip to Vienna - Completely misleading! 100% in German even though as says English guide. Lists 5 specific landmarks for sightseeing part, did not see any of these. None of the food was even translated into English, we had someone with an allergy, luckily we didn’t have an issue not knowing what we were eating. The only English we hear all night was No, and cash or card. The evening was horrible. Music played as extremely loud and non-stop. The description of this tour is completely false and misleading! I tried to give it zero stars but had to give it at least a 1

They didn’t tell us they had canceled the cruise - Unfortunately, we arrived , there was no ship, they had canceled it first bother to inform us . No one contacted us, we took a taxi , there wasn’t even a person at the desk , it was all closed up. If you book, make sure they are actually available
