Clean bus and friendly staff - Good fun, staff were friendly and the bus was clean. The routes are a bit drawn out so you end up driving a lot and getting stuck at the many traffic lights. On a sunny day you get decent views passing through the city. There are complimentary earphones and an audio guide in many languages available. The paper map was good too.

was interesting, gladly again - very good routes. the buses come regularly. unfortunately we had too little time to join the boat trip. after the Booking Referral it was stated in the instructions that you had to redeem the ticket at the exit point first, but you can do this at any boarding point with a guide.

Good Tour But May Require More Than One Day - We bought single day tickets for all 3 of their lines plus the boat tour. We were unable to use most of the ticket because riding all 3 lines would take all day and maybe more. audio was informative and was well synced with what we were seeing. The .We did take the boat cruise but be aware it takes you along mostly industrial and office buildings. It was relaxing, however.

Worth it. - It's worth the effort and the money. It's not just a route. It has different routes which is very convenient. There is an acoustic tour in Greek. We chose the hop on hop off (for 24 hours) as one of the attractions of the flexipass. The last route starts at 5:00.

OK service but skip the Night Time Tour.....it's not at night. - The internet works on some of the busses but not all, it's about 60%. If you buy the ticket in advance, it's a royal pain because you need to find a yellow shirt associate to convert that into an actual usable ticket. The QR code you get doing the online purchase is not your ticket. In our case it took us 2 stops and 4 associates to be able to get the QR code converted. Wasted time. But the real disappointment is the Night Time tour. It starts at 7pm. It runs 1 hour. Sunset today is 849pm. Yep, not night time. And the green line is every hour, too long between busses.

Not the best option to see the city - We got the bus (3 day pass) free through the Vienna Pass (read the fine print for attractions!) and there was some wasted time. The first bus starts around 9:30 (even 9:56 if you are not taking it from the center) and the last one is at 17:40 (in August), 17:00 for off season. Ended up taking the subway to visit as much as possible. The buses come every 30 min and you only need 2 of the lines (Yellow and Blue). A 3 day subway pass is 1/3 of the price. Commentary was ok, a few fun facts and opera music.

Do not take - The bus had very little air conditioning. The tour did not match the tour descriptions. We were not going to stop at some of the locations we had researched and were hoping to see. We hoped off and did not return. Others we spoke with on our tour had the same experience.
