Perfect - Stella was absolutely fantastic! During our Big Bus tour in Vienna, she delivered one of the most engaging and enjoyable experiences we’ve had on a city tour. Stella is warm, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable — she shares historical facts and local stories in a way that feels lively and easy to follow. What we appreciated most was her ability to connect with everyone on board. She made sure people felt comfortable, checked in often, and answered questions with genuine enthusiasm. Her recommendations for places to visit and eat in Vienna were spot-on and felt very authentic, not touristy. Stella truly added a personal touch to the tour. If you’re in Vienna and lucky enough to have her as your guide, you’re in for a great time!

Big bus tour of Vienna. - This was the perfect way to see the sights of Vienna, especially our 2nd day, when it was rainy. Everyone we met was very helpful.

Beautiful experience - Arriving in Vienna for the first time and not having carried out any program we relied on the 5 experiences tour to get a general experience of the activities. It was an exceptional choice I did the activity the day after we arrived because I was afraid of not being able to find the access points to convert the vouchers. No problem because in the central units of interest there is always a point service. Fabulous the hop in bus we used as our means of transport in addition to the activities visited. The only flaw the races end at 18.30 so we arrived example : at the prater and to go back we were near the lookout. We used a tram ticket. I highly recommend it because single tickets cost more than the full package.

Nice Bus ride. - We liked being chauffeured by their driver big bus. The headphones were enjoyable to hear about the history of the different places. It would have been good to be told about the wait times at Schonbrun 240 minutes from the time we arrived. We ended up paying for tickets to see the apartments instead and did not go to the palace, also it would have been good to tell us that the Belvedere was a museum.

Charming Vienna - The combo package is a great value and expedites planning, but it's not the best On/Off Bus we've experienced. We always book on/off buses in our extensive travels. It helps acclimate us to the area and choose what is important to us to visit. In Vienna, they're efficient with timely drop off and pick up intervals, but the audio guide isn't helpful and the areas aren't clear. The Old Town (always our favorite in European cities) was not mentioned, not well marked or clear. Perhaps because Vienna is such a a big city and everything far away from the other, but the tour left us unimpressed with Vienna. It wasn't until we set out on foot exploring on our own, before we felt it's charm.

We purchased the Big Bus... - We purchased the Big Bus Tour with the 4 attraction pass including the Chondron Palace tour. We were not informed that we still to get the tickets and fall in line for hours and so there were a lot of time waisted and not able to use what was on that package. The reason we prepaid this is to avoid waisted time and there’s a lot of miscommunication here including the Big Bus operators. I wouldn’t use Viator next time.

WARNING - beware of mis-selling - WARNING ON BUYING FULL TICKET. Sales team convinced us to take the tour and pay for access to the palace. But when you arrive at 11.30 and seek to use voucher told only available 4.30pM!!! Ladies says Big Bus tours know this will happen on most days but still sell the vouchers with no warning. Need to book direct in advance so waste of money and no warning given. Would not bother with blue tour and get U train out to palace - buying your own ticket in advance. MIS-SELLING IN THE EXTREME FROM BIG BUS

The information for using... - The information for using the ticket is very confusing and the app is too clunky! When you board the Big Bus, make sure the driver prints out ALL tickets for your activities. Our first driver didn't and another driver couldn't print out tickets because he didn't have the machine. The bus tickets do not allow entry to the attractions. You need to get the specific entry ticket at the attraction itself with your Big Bus ticket. The instructions where to get the entry tickets for the attractions are printed on the Big Bus ticket, but it varies from attraction to attraction. Be aware that you will not be able to get in the attraction straight away but only at the allocated time on your ticket. We lost a lot of time trying to figure out the system.
