A Really Special Experience - This was a really special experience! Only an hour long which was the perfect length. It got cold in the church, so layer up and keep your coat on. The music was superb and to sit within this church dressed for Christmas.. incredible. A real trip highlight for my family!

Beautiful setting for beautiful music! - We attended the concert on Christmas Eve and it was wonderful! The church is incredibly beautiful and was only made better by the addition of gorgeous Christmas trees. The seating was typical church pew seating, so it was a little uncomfortable by the end, but the concert was worth it. The music was fantastic and they even took requests for traditional Christmas carols at the end. The whole thing was a wonderful experience and I highly suggest it if you are in the area. Note: Make sure to use the restroom before you go as there isn’t one available to the public and you will have to search the area to find one.

Gorgeous church - We went early in the church to make sure we knew where to go. They were playing organ music which was magnificent. Then we went back for the concert.

Pleasant evening in a lovely setting. - Lovely church and excellent quartet ensemble. Thee church was decorated for Christmas. It is a wonderful old cathedral full of sculptures and artwork. It was a bit chilly, but warner than the outside where it was 28°F with freezing mist. Both violin players were skillful, the viola player very entertaining to watch and hear, as the violin-cello player quite talented. Good mix of music ... ending in the Radetzky! Would have loved a Brandenburg concerto, but was pleased with all they played.

disappointingly the church is beautiful - 20 minutes late for an hour-long concert. No solution set up if a musician is late. evening of 31/12 and reservation then made in a restaurant so forced to leave after 40 minutes like many people.

Disappointing end of year in A Coruña - That man from Viana do Castelo who wrote here in 2016 was right! We arrived on day 29 coming from the animation of Vigo and immediately upon arrival we felt a sadness in the air. Maria Pita Square is decadent. Still the rest of the central area had plenty of life in the 2 days that preceded the end of the year. This together with the opinion of 2 taxis (yes, there is no Uber) I, by whom we were fooled, made us stay on 31. They said that the obelisk square "was crazy", "that people were getting out of control" and that "it was until morning with a lot of music on the street" Ledo mistake! We could hardly have dinner and there were hardly any people on the street. No music, fireworks that looked like private party, really disappointing. People from A Coruña: assume, it is the worst revival in Europe!
