Austria 1900... - The Leopold Museum is in my review the king of MuseumsQuartier and home to the largest collection of works by the cursed painter Egon Schiele, and part of the best production of Klimt, Gerstl, Kokoschka... The collection of the physician Rudolf Leopold is displayed in the spacious rooms of a beautiful and functional white limestone cubic building. The reduced ticket, with the VCC, costs 14.5 €, the audio guide (must have) 4 €.

Vienna 1900 - The 1900 exhibition provided an in depth understanding of the cultural and creative life in Vienna at the end of the Hapsburg empire and after. Beautifully curated in an airy and comfortable setting. Stunning. We spent about 3hrs there. My only complaint. Closing the cafe for a private event is pretty bad form. The priority should be to provide a service to the hundreds of visitors.

Excellent modern gallery - If you're overloaded with the Imperial grandeur of the many museums/galleries in Vienna, this is the perfect antidote. Beautiful modern gallery with clean lines: the route through the various displays just flows through the changing times and artistic movements of 20th century Austria. The works of art are thoughtfully displayed and the accompanying information about and photographs of their makers help bring it all together in a vivid way. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Top visit!

Rudolph and Elisabeth Leopold’s amazing legacy - I could have stayed all day. A wonderful museum with outstanding works. The Art Deco furniture is fabulous. The Schiele collection is jaw dropping. Don’t rush this gallery. Savour slowly.

Immersion in early 20th century Vienna - Extremely well-kept museum. Silent atmosphere. Great qualitative and quantitative level of works on the Viennese secession. Appreciable also descriptions of themes, works and artists

Don't miss the Leopold Museum! - Very rich Schiele collection. Interesting staging of turn of the century furniture, Hoffmann in particular. Not too many people, in front of the works.

Good collection of Kokoschka and Schiele. Recommend at least 3 hours for permanent collection. - 5 floors of exhibitions, one floor of which is for temporary exhibition. Good collection of especially Oskar Kokoschka and Egon Schiele. The visit took 5 hours, then I did not even have the energy to look carefully at everything towards the end.

Insufficient - The museum itself is very nice, the building is modern and very elegant. It has a terrace with wonderful views of the entire Quartier museum, but really the collection leaves much to be desired. You go looking for Klimt’s work and you only find a picture of his best known period, and three or four of his early years. It is very scarce, as it has two other floors with two or three other semi-known authors, in addition to the store that close half an hour before the museum, so we could not visit it
