"Comfortable" bike tour through Vienna - Horst, a friendly native of Vienna, showed us all the classic Viennese sights from the Prater to the Hofburg, as well as the lesser-known Jesuit Church with its impressive interior, on a three-hour bike tour. He also gave us the emphatic advice never to visit a coffee house in a hurry.

We recommend - Absolutely recommended. We booked the 2-hour bike tour at sunset. You get to see the most important sights in the old town. The bikes were great and our guide Lothar left no questions unanswered. Due to a last-minute cancellation, we were alone with the guide.

Simply the best introduction to Vienna you can get. - Simply the best way to see a city. The guide was very knowledgeable and the bike riding was easy. Vienna is very bike friendly and the bikes were high quality. I saw all the best sites and the tour guide gave great tips on things to follow up when I was on my own. Highly recommended.

Half day biking tour in Vienna - Our tour guide (Horst Harrer) was very knowledgeable of the city and an excellent guide. He allowed us to bike at a reasonable rate and kept us in the shade during a hot summer day.
He was funny and very well rounded. Highly recommend.

Great way to see Vienna - Biking is a good way to explore most important parts of Vienna from outside perspective. Vienna has very good infrastructure for bikes and it felt safe to drive around there. The length of this tour was also important for us as it seemed as 3-hour is not too long and not too short and we were right. It was perfect timing.

One of my most enjoyable tours: highly entertaining guide, great bikes and great way to see the city - highly recommend! - Thoroughly enjoyed this delightful and highly informative 3-hour cycle through and around the center of Vienna last Sunday afternoon.
Our guide, Horst, is native Viennese and understandably a huge fan of his hometown (which now I am too!) - he was full of detailed and entertaining tidbits about the city you wouldn’t otherwise learn - and indeed, this was one of 3 tours I took while in Vienna and though all were good, this was definitely the best. We saw many of the main sites, stopping every 5-10 minutes for at least a few minutes of discourse, and lots of ‘insider’ peeks beyond the obvious tourist aspects of Vienna as well. The bikes were good quality and I’m only surprised they weren’t charging more for this tour (maybe b/c off-season) - very high value and highly recommend. Must say I particularly appreciated doing it on a Sunday - a lot of places are closed so there are fewer options for things to do, and with the roads quieter, it makes the cycling even more pleasant (you do need to be a competent cyclist to weave around the city streets, although there are very manageable bike paths and the cycling itself is not taxing).

Excellent tour - must do - The bike tour was fantastic - great way to see the sites in a short period of time. The bikes are excellent quality - great condition and wide variety. Horst our guide was wonderful - great tour and excellent knowledge and stories.

Mind your business - The tour guide should not scold a 19 year old for being afraid of bees when they are allergic to them. Completely unnecessary and unacceptable!
