Fantastic time - Amazing view, such a spectacular view. An outside viewing platform, and a rotating cafe. We had a fantastic time don’t miss

Worth it for the far reaching views - Paid the €19.90 entrance fee and got the glass topped lift up to the viewing platform.took lots of pictures through the metal bars and walked up to the cafe where i think that due to the lateness of the hour (near 5pm), we were lucky enough to get a seat. The cafe is a revolving one,and there are no bars across the windows. I would suggest you are better off getting the lift to the cafe, then walking down to the observation deck, and then getting the lift down from there.you can get better photos from the cafe and don't have to wheeze up two flights of steps

To do absolutely! - Walking along the Danube we found this tower and out of curiosity we went there. Once we got upstairs (150 meters) what a magnificent view, we went to the upper floors and tried to go to dinner at the restaurant but it is only by reservation. To console ourselves we went to the bar on the lower floor for a drink and the ... Surprise, the floor turns around the axis of the tower in 40 minutes!! And the sunset is beautiful!!!

He deserves - I write live from the tower. Definitely not cheap but deserves. After the climb we stopped at the bar to have an aperitif. Friendly staff, spectacular view. Why didn't I give the 5 stars? The elevator attendant expressed his disappointment with words, gestures and facial expression, as, since there was only one free seat to get on, both we, and subsequent families waiting, preferred to wait for the next ride. Absolute lack of education and respect for those who pay a ticket, then his salary and maybe, like me, understands German. Too bad.

Great view! - A must for all visitors to Vienna. The lift takes you to the top of the tower in no time. We had a refreshment there in the spinning restaurant and took many photos. Only the service in the restaurant scared us. She was in such a bad mood and we hoped we wouldn't get anything from it. So we left soon enough.

Donauturm (Danube Tower) Unique Experience - Donauturm (Danube Tower), Vienna – A Unique Experience The Donauturm offers a spectacular panoramic view of Vienna from its 150-meter-high rotating restaurant. The slowly revolving platform allows you to enjoy a full 360° view while dining—perfect for a romantic meal or a memorable experience with friends. The food is good, though slightly overpriced, but the view makes up for it. One of the tower’s most exciting features is Europe’s tallest slide. Spiraling down the tower at thrilling speed, it’s a must-try for adventure seekers. The ride is short but exhilarating, adding a fun twist to the visit. Overall, the Donauturm combines scenery, fine dining, and adrenaline in one impressive landmark. A great stop for both tourists and locals. We highly enjoyed. Must stop visiting spot.

Vienna at 360 degrees - Getting to the tower by public transport is quite easy, taking into account also a 20-minute walk for those arriving from Wien mitte. I recommend arriving as soon as it opens to enjoy the 360-degree view of Vienna and the Danube in peace and to bring a jacket. I found the restaurant and bar on the tower floors unwelcoming, open only for those who book a table or after 2 pm. Interesting slide in a closed tunnel but exposed, which you pay in addition to the entrance fee, which I will do if I return. If it's the view you're looking for, you'll have more than one spectacular view from the tower.

Great view but disappointing - During our visit on a Sunday, the cafe was closed and the restaurant prebooking only. Great view, but facilities disappointing.

No coherent overall concept - Were at the restaurant! What can I say... Ambience and service do not match the food and prices! Very good cuisine, which is also in a restaurant in the 1. District would have to fit, very high priced (appetizers about 20.-€, main courses about 30-50.-€)! Aber…. The ambience (old-fashioned carpeting, wooden armchair with faux leather upholstery, ..) and service (you are told where the wardrobe is, but you have to hang the coat yourself) do not match..... for the price we prefer to go to a luxury restaurant in the city (paid 200.-€ for two, without wine or cocktails)

Vienna Danube Tower - While Viator states that it open 10AM to 10 PM, they do not tell you that the upper deck and the slide closes at 9:00 PM. We went at 8:55 PM and by the time we took some pictures, they would not let us up to do either.
