Our private tour to the Belvedere Museum was excellent! - We had the pleasure of going on a private tour with Jan today to visit the Belvedere Museum/Palace. Jan was very engaging, interesting, and knowledgeable. We really appreciated his conversational style of speaking to us about not just the paintings but history. We have had other tours and other tour guides and quite often they are just regurgitating facts and dates to us. It so enjoyable when you have tour guide like Jan who clearly has a passion for art and seems to want people to learn and appreciate it. My husband and I had a really great time and we thank Jan very much for being such an awesome tour guide.

Ilsa was amazing!!! - Ilsa was so knowledgeable about the history of Belvedere and all of its art, that we felt we had a historian and art history professor in one. She made the place and art work come to life with her fascinating stories. I can’t recommend her more highly!!!!

Would highly recommend this or any tour with Stefan! - We had a wonderful morning touring the Belvedere with Stefan! It was our first day and he gave us a terrific overview of Austrian history, which gave a lot of interesting context for the whole trip. His engaging tour made the Belvedere so much more interesting and we learned much more than we would have if we toured it on our own! Highly recommend.

Best tour guide ever! - I usually don't leave reviews, but after visiting several museums in Prague and Vienna, I am not wrong in saying that Margit is the best tour guide we have ever had. As a librarian, she has a vast knowledge of Vienna’s history and art. Thanks, Margit for a lovely afternoon and a wonderful restaurants recommendation.

Fantastic - Peter is a fantastic tour guide! He has very extensive knowledge, brought visual examples for us to explore to grasp the elaborate work of the palace and its history. A great story teller and a lovely gentleman, Peter gave us insights into Klimt and the collection as well as other greats, such as Van Gogh, Monet, and Munch. The Palace itself is very grand, and in finer weather the views must be stunning ( it was raining.) The reservoir and gardens are very impressive. I consider this tour as one of the very best, Peter’s attention to detail and his personality and style is exceptional.

Private Belvedere - We had a truly wonderful experience with Katarina , a very thorough tour of the grounds and museum. Her command of Austrian history and art were remarkable. We did not feel rushed or stressed like we have on some tours . This was an incredibly worthwhile and educational experience. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

We were confirmed but they didnt have our reservation! - Booker the tour. Got there after walking a mile in the rain. Our reservation was never received from Viator to the tour company so we were unable to join after paying $280. We were refunded but the museum was sold out for the day. A full afternoon of our vacation was lost!
