Trip Hallstat and Salzburg - What an experience, the tour guide, Octavia very dedicated to her work and very good in explaining things. We got water and little souvenir during our trip. Good experience in this tour

1000% recommended - The experience was absolutely unforgettable, the bus super comfortable the guides spectacular and super to friendly, explained everything in detail. It is a dream place 1000% recommended.
All I have to do is wait for them not to pick me up at the hotel and I had to go on a run to the meeting place because I almost missed the bus.
In Viator it said the odd pick point option...

Memorable day trip as a photographer - I went with my brother on this day trip and truly enjoyed it! We had two women as our guides that were super friendly and helpful. I felt very guided and comfortable in the cities. The bus ride was long but still manageable with the stops in between locations.

Great day trip - Izzy and Stephy were both great! Wrangling 50 people on a bus in the busy towns was a hard thing to do. Much appreciated the commentary for roadside attractions and the history of each place.
Very long day for sure but that’s what we signed up for. Wish we could have spent more time in Salzburg to see more things. Couldn’t get to the castle and just missed a concert starting in the square!

Genuinely Unmissable! - We made this full-day excursion on Sunday 5th October 2025 as part of my wife's birthday celebrations. An early start (7.00am at the meeting point) and didn't get back there until almost 8.30 in the evening. So, tremendous value. Fabulous scenery and a brilliant guide in Eric - who managed to be both informative and funny. He was also incredibly efficient, with 50 of us on the coach, he managed to keep track of us for the whole trip. Both Hallstatt and salzburg are genuinely unmissable.

It was a fun trip!... - It was a fun trip! Hallstatt and Salzburg are absolutely beautiful. The highlight for me and my friends was Salzburg Palace because we are huge sound of music fans
Izzy and Bashir were really good and friendly. They did a great job keeping the group of 55 people together!

No pickup, no response - Scheduled pickup at hotel as detailed in my booking details. Waited from 6:30-08:00am. Attempted to contact trip organizer twice through app without any response. Complete waste of time during my brief two-day stay in Vienna.
