Good trip, very long,... - Good trip, very long, tiring, but satisfying. Maybe better when not so hot (we had 33-36 degrees Celsius). Nice bus, with air conditioning. The guide, Dasha, was wonderful. I liked her stories very much.

Lydia was fantastic - Lydia was a fantastic guide, full of character! We had a full coach and it was well organised with a wonderful driver. It didn't feel like a long day as we had plenty of rest in between stops. I'd recommend this tour!

Think twice before booking - The tour was done by a third-party, Viator seems to be an aggregator but not actual service provider. The guide and the driver were nice and professional. However the coach itself was really bad, the old type that must have been taken out of circulation decades ago. The seats were so uncomfortable and hard, the caoch did not have a restroom which is absolutely unacceptable for a 13-hour tour, absolute shame.

Beautiful sights but very rushed - Beautiful sights but very rushed. This tour was over 12 hrs long, but we were given maybe a total of 3 hours of time total at the attractions. One stop was allowed for lunch, and no stop for snacks or dinner. The Melk monastery while pretty, could be skipped so a bit more time could be allowed at the other towns. We were given an hour in Hallstatt where you could either see the views or eat. While it’s not a big town it’s would be nice to have more time to actually sit down and eat, instead of shoving food in your mouth. In Salzburg our tour of the city was extremely fast and members of our group had a hard time keeping pace with the tour guide. One member of the group had to stay at the bus due to mobility issues. We were given a half hour of free time in Salzburg. I say get rid of the town tour and just give us the time to wander Salzburg. Then one stop on the way home. The drive was worth the beauty but the whole day was just rushed. Lily our tour guide for the full day was wonderful, despite the strict schedule. I do not regret going but think about being prepared to rush, and bring lots of snacks.

Bad experience. Too bad.. - Extremely unprofessional. A detailed descpryion will be given in YouTube channel. Guide name lily so harsh and knows no behaviour. Travel time is 8 hrs in a small van with no leg space. No breakfast no pee break too. Total time in sight seeing is 2 hrs in total travel time of 13 hours. No water, no headphones no stops. Threatening to leave behind if one minute late. Extremely rude and harsh.

Horrible experience! - He was awful, Guide Peter screamed with another passenger, then between the Guide and the other guide in Salzburg they fought because they disagreed at the meeting point, he didn't explain anything on the way, he couldn't be heard, he didn't give time for anything, everything in a hurry and bad. Overall AWFUL. It's the first time I've had Viator, I've never had a problem before.

Disgusting & Incompetent Tour Guide - Never Reccommended - I would want to file a complaint regarding the guide that was assigned for today's reservation. I was verbally harassed by him since I was in a new and unfamiliar city, and he made racial remarks about my mother. He also threatened to beat me in the train station and kept using abusive language that I didn't understand. He became very irritated and began yelling at me in front of the group when I asked him a few questions about my connecting journey. What is making him frustrated, if I may ask him? I paid for the trip, thus the tour guide's lack of professionalism is very unacceptable. He even used those derogatory terms to me and stated, "Do whatever you do; I don't care." & repeatedly said F**k you , Suck my c**k, F**k your mother and other words. What a hospitality i got from local Austrian. The Salzburg part is poorly organized, and as a result, I quit the tour in the middle.
