BEAUTIFUL DISCOVERY - Very convenient for an overview of the city before stopping to visit. Comments in many languages and very well done The different lines are all interesting.

Great hop on hop off bus tour - Great hop on hop off bus tour of Vienna. As we arrived late into the city, we were given a reduced rate. We completed the blue tour which gave us a thorough tour of the main sites of Vienna. The commentary was excellent.

Worth it. - It's worth the effort and the money. It's not just a route. It has different routes which is very convenient. There is an acoustic tour in Greek. We chose the hop on hop off (for 24 hours) as one of the attractions of the flexipass. The last route starts at 5:00.

OK service but skip the Night Time Tour.....it's not at night. - The internet works on some of the busses but not all, it's about 60%. If you buy the ticket in advance, it's a royal pain because you need to find a yellow shirt associate to convert that into an actual usable ticket. The QR code you get doing the online purchase is not your ticket. In our case it took us 2 stops and 4 associates to be able to get the QR code converted. Wasted time. But the real disappointment is the Night Time tour. It starts at 7pm. It runs 1 hour. Sunset today is 849pm. Yep, not night time. And the green line is every hour, too long between busses.

Unfortunately, the technology works poorly👎 - We bought 48 hour tickets and looked forward to three informative tours. Immediately it started to mess up with the audio guidance, it was not possible to get English guidance in despite many attempts and changing places and earplugs. It worked for a while after the help of the driver, who restarted the system, but after a while the sound quality became raspy and jumpy. The same on all the different buses and loops we rode. Not recommended if you want to get information about what you see.

Do not take - The bus had very little air conditioning. The tour did not match the tour descriptions. We were not going to stop at some of the locations we had researched and were hoping to see. We hoped off and did not return. Others we spoke with on our tour had the same experience.

Waste of time and money - If your intention is to stay hot, spend more time stopped at traffic lights than driving, see the outskirts of Vienna and miss most of the charm of a beautiful and wonderful city, this is your perfect option. Spend your money on a scenic sauna, you'll get repeated explanations on the audible and you'll end up bored if your choice is the blue or yellow route. I do not recommend the experience at all. Expensive, unattractive and with a 100% tourist service. Go, walk, observe and enjoy Vienna, it is a beautiful city, with a lot of attractions and a lot of history to see and enjoy, but certainly not getting on a bus where you will waste time, money and patience.
