• SpringTide Whale Watching & Charters - Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure at our ground-level office located at 1119 Wharf Street. After checking in, your Zodiac skipper will guide you to the dock, where you will put on a full-body flotation suit over your clothing. These cruiser suits are designed to keep you warm and dry, but it is still advisable to dress in warm layers, as it tends to be cooler on the water, especially at high speeds! Prepare for an exhilarating and immersive experience close to the ocean’s surface.
  Once on the water, your adventure truly begins. With the wind in your hair and the ocean spray beside you, your skipper will expertly navigate the Salish Sea in search of whales and other marine life. You may encounter orcas, humpbacks, sea lions, harbor seals, porpoises, and a variety of seabirds.
  Throughout the journey, your skipper will provide expert commentary, offering insights into the animals, their behaviors, and the ecosystem they inhabit.
