Incredible experience! - We saw so many whales! Courtney & Ryan were incredible hosts; very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information as we travelled. Well worth the time and money. The boat was clean and safe. Booking & check in was very easy. Part of the ticket price goes to local conservation funds. There’s complementary tea, hot chocolate, and water. They will email us photos of the whales we saw, so we didn’t feel the need to take a lot ourselves. We sat downstairs, inside, and it was warm & dry. We also got to see a lot of seal lions, which was actually a highlight. Even if you think you won’t get sea sick, bring some gravol just in case. If you sit inside downstairs, you won’t need a waterproof jacket or warm clothes. If you sit outside & upstairs, it’s cooler and wet, so dress in layers. I brought binoculars, but didn’t need them. When you check in, you’ll be told to wait in the store or hang around the local area, they’ll call you. We didn’t get called and almost missed the trip, so make sure to hang out by the dock. Bring some cash for a gratuity at the end.

A must do activity in Victoria - Amazing experience, you can sit either inside or outside. Really knowledgeable staff who were friendly and polite and genuinely passionate about conservation. We saw Orcas and Humpbacks and were also given the photos for free at the end of the tour. Responsible tourism and definitely recommend 10/10

Whalewatch with large covered boat. - Today a tour done with a large covered boat (the green/white) Be sure to sit inside, outside you will get soaking wet during the trip. It is an hour and a half full throttle to an inlet where whales and / orcas can be. Luckily we saw killer whales, a pity that the captain kept a lot of distance from the other boats. We also went through to watch birds when spotting killer whales. How unfortunate, because of this shorter with the orcas.

Wet & Wild - The service was top notch and the crew was great. The issue we had was everybody on top pretty much got soaked they did tell you that there's a possibility of getting wet. Thank God my friend and I went down below. We went yesterday on August 13th and we didn't really see much whale I think we saw two. The crew was great and had lots of knowledge to share.

Disappointing - The tour was OK. Sadly, we did not see any whales. We realize that they are wild animals and unpredictable; however, it was very disappointing. The company does its best to provide other sightings such as sea lions, a light house, seals and birds, but the "come back any time" guarantee doesn't work for most visitors who are from out of the country.

Zero Orca Spirit - Team was indeed very friendly and ship absolutely fine. Unfortunately we did not see any orca at all and 3 Humpback whales from several hundred meters away. Nobody could do anything for the rainy weather, but we have never seen whales like this on other tours! Even the seals we only drove by quite a distance and the otter Olli was not there either. Overpriced as you only drive 1 hour out into the area with whales, so actually only stare at the water for 1 hour to see something somewhere in the distance. The tour lasts 3 hours, including 2 hours of pure driving. Unfortunately a waste of money! In addition, we only learned on board that mostly either or humpback or orcas can be seen and mostly humpbacks. Then why is there such advertising with orcas?
