We saw LOTS of whales, and really loved the crew too! - Eagle Wing’s whale watching tour was a complete success for my wife and me. The young crew made it so fun, and what a successful outing: we saw 10, or maybe 11, whales, several surprisingly close to our boat! Plus lots of sea lions and assorted other animals. This was a spur-of-the-moment decision to buy the ticket and go, and Eagle Wing really delivered!! 5 stars for sure. Highly recommend.

Lots of orcas and a few humpbacks - The tour was fantastic. We saw lots of whales. The only disappointment was that it took a long time to get to the whales. And we never got to see any eagles, which was surprising considering the name of your outfit.

Perfect whale watching tour at sunset - We had an amazing tour with Nat, Liam, Jo-Anne and Sierra. The tour was well organized and the whole team was very dedicated and helpful. It was explained a lot and you could ask all the questions. There is everything you need on board (hats, gloves, sunscreen, binoculars etc.). We had perfect sunset weather and were able to observe orcas, a humpback choice and many sea lions and seals. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

What a great experience with Eagle Wing Whale & Wildlife Watching Tours. - We had a great time with Eagle Wing Whale & Wildlife. We did the Sunset Cruise. I've been on several whale watching cruises, in Oregon and a couple of times in Hawaii. This was by far the best cruise I've been on. The staff (wish I could remember their names) was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, and helpful. From the start to the finish, this is a complete tour. After checking in, we were all issued rainpants and coats. I thought I had brought enough clothes, but since you're in an open boat doing 45 mph across the water, even when the ambient temperature is close to 80 F (27 C), it's cold. I can't imagine how cold it would have been if it had been 50 F, with wind and rain. Once on the boat they all issued sunglasses, hats, gloves, and sunscreen. After about a 30 minute boat ride we immediately ran into a pod of killer whales. Which we must have watched for over 1 1/2 hours. Almost immediately we spotted a humpback whale. At one point there were killer whales on one side of the boat and a humpback whale on the other side. Only a few minutes later there were humpback whales on either side of the boat. It was like watching a tennis match, look to the right, look to the left, etc. On the way in, we stopped by an island with a lighthouse on it (of course, I can't remember the name) and saw sea lions and harbor seals. During the entire time, the staff kept us informed about all the marine animals and the efforts to protect them. After disembarking, we returned our gear to the office and were offered hot chocolate, which felt and tasted wonderful after being out on the boat. Finally, most cruises would charge you for pictures they took of the cruise, but Eagle Wing sent us 20 fantastic photo, that appear to be taken by a professional photographer, completely complimentary. So, you really can just enjoy the cruise and not worry about trying to take pictures yourself. Oh, did I mention the sunset? Unbelieveable. We were lucky to have a fantastic day to watch whales; calm, no wind, and warm and very lucky to see so many whales (even the staff memtion what a great day it was), but there was no luck involved in the service we received from Eagle Wing. We can hightly recommend Eagle Wing and the Sunset Cruise. Oh, did I mention the sunset?

Amazing evening on the water! The crew of Eagle Wing were outstanding, very dedicated to conservation! - We had an exceptional experience, with luck following a family pod of orcas, then finding a humpback that rolled right under the boat (captain immediately cut the engines). Also saw a frolicking heard of sea lions and lots of shorebirds. The crew is very dedicated to conservation and educating guests on the importance of caring for the ecosystem and wildlife. Great experience!
