Great staff, comfortable setting - We were lucky and saw whales on this trip, though that cannot be guaranteed. The boat was warm and comfortable with free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate ( best ever!) The staff was friendly, positive and made it a fun trip. We especially enjoyed Janae and the pleasant conversation we had with her. Whether you see whales or not, this tour works hard to make the trip fun and comfortable. Comfortable for kids and families.

Awesome trip with beautiful Orcas sighting - It was a lovely half day on the water. The boat is very comfortable, well equipped, coffee / tea / hot chocolate are free. We sailed for a little more than an hour to an island where we saw two pods of Bigg's Orcas, including two large males, some females and a calf. We were with an only other boat on location. The biologists on board were very informative and answered all questions. The captain kept a respectful distance from the Orcas, which I appreciated. They even had a crew member take pictures with a tele lens and sent them to us for free. I had my own camera and took great footage. Thanks so much Captain Richard, First Mate Sandy, and the awesome crew Janae, Michael, Jessy and Maddie. We loved it.

Great trip! - We had a great trip with Prince of Whales! All of our naturalists, Reid, Michael and Jessy, were kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the whales and other sea animals! They found us Orcas, humpbacks and sea lions! Captain Richard and 1st mate Sandy kept us safe and happy, the maneuvers were super smooth! Thanks for a great time!

Amazing to see Orcas in the wild - The incredible team on our trip went above & beyond to ensure that our experience was top quality. Captain Gordy, Taylor, Reid & Janene- thank you all. Without your dedication we would not have seen the fantastic orcas and had that “0h Wow” feeling that seeing these beautiful creatures gave us. Well worth the long journey to find them.

Simply OUTSTANDING!! - Can't say enough good things about this tour, but I'll try! We left the dock on time on the comfortable catamaran for an enjoyable ride out of the harbor to the Salish Sea where, within 15 minutes, we saw our first whales! We were very lucky to get a species hat trick: 2 Grey whales, 5 Bigg's killer whales (aka transient Orcas) and then after the (smelly but interesting) Sea Lions island, concluded with a Humpback! The entire crew was great-learned SO much from them all: Connor's knowledge was amazing, Jessy was so friendly, and Michael did some great spotting. Capt Richard & First Mate Sandy gave us a respectfully close view of these amazing creatures on our very safe voyage. Highly recommend! Tip: Wear layers. Got chilly & breezy on the outside decks when underway but was warm and pleasant in the inside cabin.

Unbelievable experience, superb service. - We went on the morning catamaran 4 hour cruise on 28th May. We were so lucky with the weather: bright sunshine, warm and with clear skies. The staff were brilliant from the introductory safety announcements, through the free offer of drinks and suncream to the ongoing tips and advice throughout the trip. We saw numerous sea lions and later in the trip we were really fortunate to see a number of Killer Whales and a hump back whale lazily basking in the sun. Overall a brilliant, highly recommended trip made all the better by the knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic team of Richard, Sandy, Reid, Michael and Jessy. Thanks so much from Tony and Susan from Manchester UK.

Great Experience - The experience was a bonus to our visit to Victoria. The crew and naturalists were so accommodating working to insure we got to view the marine life. The were extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions, and they were lots of fun. We saw an Orca names Jude, a humpback named Strike, and an otter named Ollie, as well as sea lions. When we were moving to a new location, they provided service in the cabin area and engaged with passengers. We are so glad we made the trip. Thank you Prince of Whales Adventures!
