Excellent! - Our tour today was nothing short of amazing! The boat was comfortable and spacious, the free drinks were welcome and the staff were friendly kind and knowledgable. And then there were the things we saw, several Orca including a baby, a humpback whale and lots of sea lions. I would definitely recommend the tour and the company.

Awesome mid-August morning with Prince of Whales - We had an outstanding 8:30 am trip with Wilma, Sean, Luke, Sebastian and Jake. Wilma has a background in environmental science and was so knowledgeable, experienced and enthusiastic. The crew spent time identifying the 9 humpback whales we saw and took amazing photos. A wonderful experience.

Exceptional experience - Exceptional! I wish we could award more than 5 stars! We enjoyed a half day tour from Victoria with our 17 year old daughter (who hates boats) and we all loved it! We’ve done similar tours in other parts of the world, where they cram so many people on the boat, it is difficult to see anything, but this wasn’t the case at all. There was plenty room for everyone. The staff were brilliant. Richard and Sandy ensured the boat was safe and sound for us all. Both were lovely! We were sat near to Maddie for most of the trip and her commentary was excellent and really informative and helpful, ensuring we knew what to look out for. We saw so many whales. It was actually quite emotional seeing them in their natural habitat, together, including youngsters. I’ve never seen anything quite like it, anywhere. Really, truly wonderful. We were sent a great set of photographs afterwards, which meant we could focus on watching the whales. Thanks to Maddie, Janae and Jamie, as well as Richard and Sandy, for the trip, information, photos and care. A truly exceptional experience.

There be whales! - We were in search of Orca, and we were not disappointed. It was a beautiful with smooth sailing and a great crew (Captain Francois, First Mate Taylor and Naturalists Jamie, Maddie and Reid. We saw Orca, Humpback Whales and a Sea Otter. Very professionally run but fun and enjoyable as well.

Great Experience with Knowledgeable Staff - The Prince of Whales half day tour was a very positive experience. The onboard team offered valuable insights with each sighting and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. They took the time to idle in the areas where the whales were feeding so we could take our pictures. We never felt rushed. The ride itself was smooth despite some strong offshore winds so we had no issues.

Must do experience - What an amazing trip! Orcas hunting. A humpback surfaced right by our boat! Seals and sea lions. Definitely worth it to see these majestic creatures out in their natural habitat. Thanks to the whole crew, especially Janae and Megan.

Worst Tour Operators - They are the worst tour operators. We were 15 minutes late(because the ferry was delayed) for our tour and they refused to wait for us (despite the advance notice) or adjust us in the next morning tour.

Huge disappointment - Extremely underwhelming tour. We don’t like giving poor reviews but it was a huge disappointment. We went on Friday morning from Victoria BC. Boat and crew are nice enough but we are paying for them to take us to see whales 🐋. Or at least attempt to. After a couple of half hearted literally two second glimpses of a whale way in the distance it appeared that the crew gave up and went to rocks where sea lions are ( and an otter we couldn’t see but they said was there ). It’s a shame because if the captain woukd have tried harder or ventured further they could have made this into a five star trip. I challenged the company nicely and all they offered was a ten per cent discount off the next trip ! Poor response. Not great customer service.
