During this 1-hour boat tour, you will see the small islands around Vestmannaeyjar including the elephant rock, wildlife, sea caves and if you are lucky you will also see some whales and seals. Our guides will take good care of you and you will certainly have a blast. There is maximum of 12 passengers for this tour.
- We provide you with warm protective clothing; float suit and life jacket but recommend you to take a hat and gloves with you
- Please arrive at the office at the harbor 30 minutes prior to the departure to get your gear for the trip
- Children must be accompanied by an adult

Cool and Invigorating Experuence - Whst a beautiful experience! We navigated quite some swells which we loved as we had so many birds and puffins fly around us. The rib was beautiful and new. The scenery is etherial. The smell of the sea is invigorating, the music cool and the people warm!

1000/10 would recommend - Highly recommend! I traveled all around Iceland for a week seeing amazing things and this tour was my favorite of them all! The views were incredible! The tour was fun, there was music playing in between stops which was very high quality and added to the experience. All the workers were so very friendly and kind. Definitely do this tour if you want stunning views of the islands

Love the Ribbsafari - Thor & Ingi were beyond amazing!! The boat ride was more than I could ask for. Learning about this beautiful family of islands leaves me with so many memories & even more fascinating facts about Westmann! Love love love! DO THIS!!!

Beautiful day on the water - Amazing trip! Our guide Thor was fun and funny. The bonus of the full body suits for warmth and dryness was excellent. Our family enjoyed the stories of local lore and the beautiful views.

BEST tour in Iceland! - These guys do SUCH a great job! We did four different excursions in Iceland (this tour, a glacier tour, Snaefellsnes Peninsula tour and horseback-riding on the black sand beach), and THIS was by far our favorite! The guides were all really friendly and cool and they have really fluid operations. The tour felt both thrilling and safe. Loved the music onboard and the information they shared at each of the stops.
What to expect: once you get there, they'll get you some warm coveralls and life jackets to wear and separate you onto different RIBs. Once on the boat, you'll straddle the seat and hold onto the handle in front of you. On windier days, you may get splashed, so consider wearing a waterproof shell under your coveralls.

Rib boat fun and puffins! - We had so much fun on this rib boat tour! They played music as you cruise around the island exploring the different areas which added to the fun mood. We saw so many birds including puffins (lots of puffins!) and even a seal! The views are beautiful and awe-inspiring. Our guide, Albert, was great and made it fun! Just do it, you won’t regret it!

A must do! - 15/10 experience, there was no better way to see the island. Seeing puffins up close was totally worth the entire trip. Tours guides were amazing and really made the trip unforgettable! The music was a great touch too!

A must if visiting Westman Islands!! Great for families!! - Exceptional tour!! Did this with my husband and two children (ages 7 yr and 9 yr) while visiting Westman Islands. We all really enjoyed this experiences and ranked it as one of our favorite activities we did on our entire 10 days trip to Iceland. Staff did a great job providing educational information about wildlife and rock formations while on the tour, even providing child friendly stories for our kids to relate to. Exploring the caves was mind blowing. This tour takes you to places on Westman Island coast that you will not see from land. They provide warm wet suits so we were all very comfortable in the rain. My children felt safe and my daughter who normally gets motion sick, did great.

A perfect boat trip - Being Icelandic this trip really astonish me. The guide was really informative and fun. The nature is wonderful both the birdlife and geology and the guide explained well and told good local stories about the life of the islanders. A must.
