We have travelled very comfortable in the car, the driver has been wonderful! he has told us incredible stories on the way to the palace and, although the weather was not the best (very cold and somewhat rainy), we had a great experience thanks to the driver and the luxury service provided by this company. I recommend!

`Versailles Experience - Few days back we took a trip to Versailles from ORN bus with my family, and I should say it was a good experience as we were travelling first time to europe and my family of 6 had a good time.

Felt Like a Quick Royal Escape - Had an amazing trip to Versailles with ORN Bus! The ride from Paris was smooth and comfy, and our guide was super friendly with great insights. We had just enough time to enjoy the palace highlights without feeling rushed. A perfect, hassle-free day trip!

The transportion (private... - The transportion (private mini van with AC) was great because they picked up us from our hotel at 930 am approximately. They ran a little late because of traffic. It took about 45 minutes to get to the Palace. By the time we got there it was 10:30 am. The driver told us we had to be back by 1:30 to meet him to take us back to our hotel. The driver was very nice and professional. The tickets were skip the line tickets to enter the palace and gardens but my husband and I were on our own. No personal guide or audio was provided. We walked around on our own just trying to figure it out on our own. I feel it was overpriced for the services we received.

Not very good - Two parts to this tour - private car pickup and drop off from Paris to Versailles- that was great. A group tour at Versailles- which was quite poor. The group was not well organized, they had us waiting in the sun for almost 45 minutes while they figured out how to buy tickets. And then we were rushed through the palace. The guide spent too much time talking about random historical details that seemed irrelevant (he was trying to use up time while we waited), and even in the palace, he skipped over key aspects of Louis XIV ( such as the enforced idleness on the nobility to keep them in line)

Avoid - Misleading and not a private guided tour - This is not a personal guided tour with a tour guide. There is no tour guide leading the way. The description was very misleading. This was simply an egregiously overpriced private transport to and from your hotel to the Palace of Versailles. The misleading description of a “tour” is simply the audio tour that is offered by the Palace of Versailles for free through their mobile app. To listen to the tour you punch in a number on the artifact/room and a pre-recorded description is heard through the earpiece. This was 1000% misleading and a huge disappointment for anyone expecting a guided tour experience. Also, the tour operator changed the time on us a couple days prior. We were flexible on time, but if we weren’t, it would’ve been an even bigger disaster. Lastly, our driver didn’t speak English and we had to use Google translate.

Tour never happened, guide didn’t show and zero notification - Guide never showed up and there was zero communication provided. I contacted the phone number listed with the tour activity to no avail, no one had the decency to answer the phone. There has not been any apology or service recovery provided. Refund requested and waiting to hear response. I have also disputed with my credit card in the interim as I do not trust they will do right by us. Please find another tour to book, this particular group is highly unreliable and has no regards for their customer other than to ruin their holiday plans. Of note, I used get your guide for 3 other private tours on this same trip and all tours were highly professional and excellent. Consider going through that website instead.

We want a refund - We are contacting you because we are requesting a refund for the Versailles tour we paid for because Viator ruined the trip and did not meet its commitments. In the past, Viator provided great tour experiences in Spain and Portugal, but the tours in France have been a fiasco. We paid $160.25 each ($480.75 for the 3 of us) for the “Versailles Guided Tour and Priority Access with Hotel Pickup”. Issues: We scheduled for the morning of Saturday, May 24 (when Versailles is not as crowded) and made plans for the afternoon. On the day before, Viator changed our time to the afternoon, so we had to cancel our other plans, and when we toured Versailles it was so crowded that the experience of viewing the interior was ruined - my wife is 5’2” and could hardly see ANYTHING inside. We were told the driver would give us our tickets. He had no idea about this when we arrived After calling Viator we finally got our tickets via email, but it took so long that our “priority” access had expired and we had to stand in a block long line for half an hour to get in, reducing our time in Versailles. Note on the website this promises a guided tour but we had NO tour guide show up - we were on our own but with a 5 Euro ticket for the audio tour. A tour of the grounds was ruined because they were taken over by an Electronica concert being set up. We were expecting greenery and elegance, not taco stands, beer stands and rows of toilets. And because of all the personnel performing setup, we had limited access to the grounds. If you are able to rectify this to our satisfaction, we will consider it a “hiccup” by Viator. Otherwise, expect a scathing review on your website and our social media, where we have a strong following.
