• This tour involves a considerable amount of walking. It is not recommended for people with difficulties walking or standing for long periods of time.
• The time on your voucher is the meeting time at our shop (the tour departs a few minutes later). In case of late arrival for check-in, we cannot guarantee access to the palace. Fees will apply if you wish to reschedule for a later tour.
• The scheduled access time can be delayed on peak days due to various safety controls established by the Versailles Palace.
• Baby strollers may be refused at the entrance of the palace.
• The trains are not running between the stations “PARIS AUSTERLITZ” and “Versailles Chateau Rive Gauche” from the 15th of July to the 23rd of August. There are 2 options with public transport: 1. Take a train to the Versailles Rive Droite station (Take line L via Saint Lazare or La Défense) then it’s a 25-minute walk to the meeting point. 2. Take a train to Versailles Chantiers station (Take line N via Montparnasse or line U via La Défense) then it’s a 15-minute walk to the meeting point.
