Tour in Versailles. - Grigor was very knowledgeable and informative and made our beautiful day.Weather was perfect and this place is unique.

Knowledgeable and friendly guides - Vivienne was our tour guide through Versailles. She was knowledgeable and answered all questions thoroughly. It was great to get to visit the private apartments where no other tourists were. After Versailles, a fancy private car took us to the Louvre to meet our next guide. Anatole was our louvre guide. He was knowledgeable about all the art and very entertaining and upbeat. We got to skip the lines for both sites. Highly recommend this tour, we’d do it again.

Do it! - This was a great tour. If you are interested in seeing the highlights from Versailles and the Louvre in the same day, this is the tour for you. The semi-private tour allows you access to the guide for all your questions while being unburdened by a large group. Our Versailles guide, Vivienne, was awesome. The tour starts when they open at 9 am with a tour of the private apartment at Versailles, not open to the public. We were the only people in there. It was incredible to get this access. Afterwards, she took us to the state apartment and gardens. We hit all the highlights without feeling rushed. Vivienne coordinated the driver to take us back to Paris and didn't leave until we were safely on. The drive back to Paris was comfortable in a van with water and charging cables! We were dropped off across the street from the Louvre and our driver gave us nearby restaurant suggestions for our 2 hour lunch break. After lunch, we met our Louvre guide who was incredible. (I regret that I cannot recall her name. It was something like Celia or Celine). She was friendly, knowledgable, well paced, and was able to show us the highlights. We had some time remaining, and she took us to the Egypt exhibit (which we wanted to see!). This is an excellent way to see both Versailles and the Louvre in the same day. All you need to worry about is getting to Versailles (our hotel arranged a taxi) and getting back to your hotel (we got an Uber which was also super easy). The all inclusive tour and transfer was worth it. I would definitely use LivTours again.

Great time - Vivienne was great! Knowledgeable, kind, and professional. It was worth it to have the semi private tour and get a closer look at everything. Vivienne insured we made our transfer to the Lourve. Would recommend highly!!!

Achilles is the hero of our tour - Achilles was our guide for the tour. He was punctual, attentive and very knowledgeable. He took his time to show us all the interesting details of the garden and fountains. We never felt rush and he gave us plenty of time to ask questions and take pictures. Travelling with a 4 year old is no easy feat but he was patient with us and had a great attitude throughout the tour. Thank you Achilles.

A FABULOUS GUIDE! - Gregor was extremely knowledgeable about not only the history but of the art and their significance. He was fun, had a great sense of humor, but we also learned so much. Book him for a private golf cart tour!
