Double book, avoid!! - I can’t even rate this because the company sold my ticket to someone else after they took my money. Messaged to ask me if a later time was ok which I said yes to then messaged again to say they had no tickets left. Wouldn’t refund immediately so I had no money to book through another company. Patronising chat to me via what’s app. Avoid! I’ve done so many successful trips through viator but this one is a big red flag! Avoid and book direct with palace if you can and not this company.
