This tour offers the opportunity to explore the most esteemed regions of Verona: Lake Garda and Valpolicella, all in one day. Departing from Verona at 9:00 am, the tour will first head to Sirmione, a charming peninsula that stretches into the southern part of Lake Garda. Here, participants will enjoy a motorboat ride to explore part of the Grotte di Catullo, ancient Roman ruins, from the water. In the event of rain, the tour will include a visit to the medieval castle dating back to the 13th century.

Afterwards, there will be free time to stroll through the historic center of Sirmione before proceeding to a winery. There, guests will have the chance to taste the full range of Valpolicella DOC and DOCG wines, accompanied by a light Italian lunch. Participants will savor exceptional wines such as Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone, and Recioto, each with its unique style, and learn more about their distinct characteristics. Throughout the journey, the stunning scenery of the hills and vineyards will provide a constant backdrop.

• We want you to spend a lovely day with no distress so, please, in booking our tours, inform us if you have limited mobility (in some old cellars there are stairs); or if you have any intolerance or allergy about food/wine
• We ask you to inform us if you have any appointment after the tour (if you booked a train ticket, an opera show in Arena or a reservation for a restaurant), so we can do our best to respect the schedule.
• In the cellar the temperature is constant 15 Celsius degrees (59 Fahrenheit), so we suggest to take with you a sweater or a jacket; if it will be possible we will try to show you the vineyards, so it’s recommended to wear sneakers or comfortable shoes.
