A must-do in Verona! - Really great tour! Monica was a great guide - Very knowledgeable, shared so much info and gave us great insight about this beautiful city! You can tell she’s passionate about the city, and showed us nooks and crannies we would’ve never noticed had we walked the streets on our own. Visiting Verona through this tour made us truly appreciate this beautiful city to which we would love to return to and spend more time. And the food and local wine were delicious and plenty for a ‘light snack’! Great way to end the tour! Definitely recommend!

Excellent walk around Verona. - The tour was great. The guide was very knowledgeable. Some, very interesting facts. We went to corners of Verona I had already visited while wondering around and he provided context and history. Food was also great and the restaurant was in a great spot.

Excellent walking tour of Verona! - Our guide Francesa was so engaging and informative. Lots of little titbits of information along the way. So much so that when we were 2 hours into the walking tour, we thought we had only covered around half an hour of our experience. At the end of the journey we had the chance to sample some great wine and food. Well worth the booking!

Very enjoyable, small group tour. - Our guide Mauro was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and he took us to places that steered clear of most of the larger tour groups.

Bait and Switch - Tripadvisor pulled a bait and switch. I booked the Verona Local Food Tasting and Walking Tour with Cable Car. I have booked these types of tours directly with businesses throughout Europe and always enjoyed the time spent going to various bars and eating and drinking with a small group of people. Tripadvisor latched me on to a walking tour of Verona, walking for what seemed miles throughout the city. When I asked when we would stop and do the wine/food tasting, the guide said it would be at the end. At the end of the city tour, the people in our group left and I was left with the guide. He directed me to a bar at Piazza Bra where I sat alone with a charcuterie and a glass of wine. Pretty sad, really. I won't be booking these tours thru Tripadvisor anymore.
