Phenomenal In Depth Tour - Evgeny (Eugenio) was a phenomenal tour guide. His knowledge of the city was incredibly in depth down to minute historical details. He even informed me of some local upcoming events, concerts, etc along with future plans for the city. His suggestions for places to eat were very helpful as well. I could not be more happy.

Informative walk with a friend - Our tour guide was great, providing both historical and local perspective. He showed us many things we had walked by but his explanation helped ring them to life. He referred to it as a walk amongst friends…it was.

Great tour of Verona with knowledgeable guide who spoke 7 languages - After a confusing mix up we were able to go on this tour the next day. Our very knowledgeable tour guide showed us very interesting highlights of the city and shared historical insights. We were fortunate to have a guide with a deep understanding of the art, history and culture of Verona. We ended up with a private tour lasting several hours and appreciated our guide accommodating our interests and needs as well as the fascinating hidden in plain sight art and architectural stories.

A step back into the centuries - a must do - Our guide was great and his degree in arts and literature was amazing as his attention to accuracy was fabulous. He was able to give not only the historical information but the political and financial impacts during the centuries. We had time for a drink along the way which was great due to the heat. Juliette balcony was towards tje end however full of tourist. The balcony is for tourist as the balcony is all wrong. Our tour could talk through all the fresco paintings and it was incredible. They tell a story or a picture of values and morals.

No guided tour - The day before the tour, my guide emailed asking if I could change the time from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. I did not notice the email until the morning of the tour. I responded saying that I could meet him in the morning, but sometime after 10:00. He agreed. While I was on the train going from Venice to Verona, he emailed to say I could either meet him at 10:00 a.m. or 6 p.m. Neither time was possible for me. So I wandered around Verona without a guide or a plan.
